Head upstairs to the Primary King Suite with an oversized ensuite bathroom, hotel-style luxury linens and walk-in closet. Also on the upper level, find the Second King Suite with ensuite bathroom. Need some space? Enjoy the two downstairs bedrooms, lower level lounge area, and a shared full bathroom. Get outside on one of the two decks and grill out, relax in the oversized furniture and soak in the gorgeous views and Colorado air. Just outside your door, pick up the core trail walking path to the Steamboat Ski Area or walk just 25 steps over to the community pool (open seasonally), hot tubs, fitness center, and group fire pit. For added amenities, enjoy air conditioning, park your car in the oversized one-car garage, and utilize the one additional parking spot on-site, or take advantage of the select few open spots nearby.

Sleeping arrangements: Primary King Suite on upper level, Second King Suite on upper level, Queen bedroom on lower level, and two Twin beds in the Twin bedroom on lower level. Sleeps up to eight guests.

Parking: There is room for one car (medium SUV or smaller) in the heated garage, one in the driveway & a limited overflow parking area. Parking passes must be used in overflow lot.
