Welcome to Condo "Anahuac" (Near the water) at AWA Residences in Playacar phase 2. This elegant and equipped residence has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and capacity for 10 adults. This condominium is perfect for a family vacation or meeting with a group of friends.
The main bedroom offers a king bed, the guest room has two double beds with television and private bathrooms. Its third bedroom has 2 double beds.
The condominium has wireless internet and its kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a Smart TV and views of the pool. Right next to the living room, its private patio with a view of the pool.
This condominium is located 5 minutes by car from the beach and Fifth Avenue, where you can find many options for dining or shopping. Additionally, this unit is only 40 minutes by ferry from Cozumel Island.
From the moment of your reservation, our concierge can help you start planning your trip with activities ranging from diving to scheduling the most spectacular amusement parks of Xcaret group, or the Mayan ruins of Chichen-Itza, Tulum and CobĂĄ. Within the additional concierge services we can also stock your refrigerator with supplies before your arrival, dance classes, babysitting service and many others
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals pay electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
Early Entry / Late Exit:
- In case of requiring early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.

Taking care of you and the property is our full-time job and it's our goal to help ensure you have as an enjoyable vacation in paradise as possible. We offer a bilingual staff (English and Spanish) and well as a full-time concierge who will meet and greet you. Our concierge can help you plan anything from tours and transportation to babysitting and restaurant recommendations.
