Awesome place to stay! It was immaculate, steps from the beach, and our host was amazing!! There were so many shops right outside our door, and at night, it comes alive with street performers and music. Fresh food on every corner, and convenient to the cenotes. We will definetely stay again!

Coco is the best! She made sure we had everything we needed and provided us with wonderful recommendations on things to do in Playa del Carmen. We loved the location of this property! 2 minute walk to the beach, maybe 3 minutes to Avenida Quinta for tons of shops and great restaurants. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured. Clean, modern, and very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend Coco’s place.

Perfect stay in Playa

Everything about Coco’s condo is great. It’s clean, comfortable and well located. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings are great. Coco is a great host who will help with planning transportation and dining options. The pools at the property are excellent and everything is very well maintained. We had a great stay.

Coco‘s place was fantastic, I highly recommend it. We wish we were able to close the blinds in the living room, but the previous guest broke the remote, so it was a bit like being in a fishbowl, no fault of the host. Besides that everything else was fantastic! Coco was very, very responsive and informative. We would stay here again

Beautiful and relaxing condo!

This condo is a modern and comfortable place to settle into. It was the perfect stomping ground for a week in Playa. An easy walk to the ferry dock, 5th avenue, grocery store, fishing charter and charter bus to XelHa. The host is very responsive and has great recommendations for transfers, restaurants and all the things Playa has to offer! We would definitely stay again!

Great condo, perfect location !

From the time of booking, Coco was an excellent host, very responsive. The condo was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the pool was awesome. Being less than a block from the beach and Mamitas beach club was a huge plus. We could walk a few blocks to the grocery store and several great restaurants. Would stay again!

Coco is an amazing host, the property is beautiful & location is perfect-we walked everywhere. From any property questions we had (very few) to recommendations for dining, grocery, excursions and even the transport company we used to get us from and to the airport, she nailed it!! We hit the jackpot with this rental. Beautiful, spacious condo, steps from the beach. It was also just 2 blocks from the best shopping and restaurants in the city. It had everything we needed and was so comfortable and spotless. The very best thing was our host, who was available at all hours. My daughter's phone got wet and we asked her if she knew of a repair place, and she went out of her way to provide the name of a place to look. We will definitely book again next time we go to Playa del Carmen!

Great place, great location and nice host.

We had a great stay at this property. It is very new and modern and has great beds and furnishings. The property is very well maintained and the pool area is very private from the outside. Location is great with a short walk to the beach and tons of shops and restaurants. Coco was a great host and gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

We had the most amazing time here in Playa! The beach, the pool and bar, hundreds of restaurants all within walking distance. Coco was very responsive and unbelievably helpful. Would love to stay at her unit next time. Truly a five star location.

Very nice Condo in beautiful Playa Del Carmen, with awesome pool and balcony. The ability to have a free entrance to the Mamitas Beach Club was a very nice perk. The Beach was close by and the very nice waters were warm and inviting. Close to many shops restaurants and grocery store.

You wont be disappointed holidaying with your family in this Modern, Gorgeous Building in Playa del Carmen. You can walk barefoot from your apartment door to the sand and water in 100 steps. Having 3 daughters ourselves, building security is very important to us and we have 24 hour Security Guard and a Concierge and only guests who are registered and wear a wristband have access. This building has Immaculate common areas and landscaping. The Location of this property could not be better. One and half block to LA Quinta/ 5th Avenue which is the main street to all the shops, cafés, and restaurants, and also to 38th avenue which has unique and beautiful places to eat!
