Rainbow Cove Retreat is a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in the premier gated community of Holly Lake Ranch. Located on the 12th hole pond of the golf course, you enjoy beautiful panoramic views from the master bedroom sitting area and outdoor porch with fireplace and grill!

Featuring two master bedrooms, the upstairs master provides a premium queen bed with an electric fireplace and sitting area that gives you an amazing view of the 12th hole pond and fountain! The downstairs master features a queen bed and oversized chair that converts to a twin bed. The third bedroom features a bunk bed (single on top and double on bottom). The living room is spacious, featuring an electric fireplace and provides a sofa that converts to a queen size pull out bed. ALL beds in the house are memory foam to provide maximum comfort!

Rainbow Cove features 5 flat screen TVs, included in each bedroom, the living and the game room. All TVs have BluRay/DVD players and access to streaming services. Please note: WE DO NOT HAVE CABLE TV, but you may log in to your personal account for all streaming services.

The game room features a pool table with a ping pong table top that fits on the pool table for easy access. You can also enjoy a game of darts and a large selection of DVD movies

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, stainless steel appliances and a double oven. Coffee makers include a Keurig and drip coffee maker.

The dining table seats 6, plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter, plus a pub table in the sunroom that seats 4.

The laundry room provides a full size washer and dryer, as well as ironing board with iron.

Rainbow Cove features an amazing outdoor entertaining experience! Enjoy the hot tub with privacy pergola! On the back deck, you will enjoy a dining table that seats 6 and a comfortable sectional seating that overlooks the pond and fountain! Cook your favorite meal on the outdoor grill (propane provided)! Relax and take in the view on the back deck in the rocking chairs provided!

In addition to all the wonderful features of Rainbow Cove, you have access to all the amenities in this beautiful wooded resort! Swimming pool, golf course, fishing in the private lakes, mini golf, pickle ball, tennis, volleyball, horseshoes, tetherball, shuffleboard, hiking trails PLUS an on-site Restaurant! With so much to do, you might want to plan a week long vacation and make this your "Home Away From Home!"

Pets are allowed to come with you on your get-away. The pet fee is $100 per pet.

Boat/Jet Skis/Watercraft: Holly Lake Ranch allows for any watercraft to be used on Lake Greenbriar. At the security gate, the ranch will charge a fee of $100/day PER watercraft. This fee is paid directly to Holly Lake Ranch as you enter.
