This beautiful guest home has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The property sits on a full acre of lush grass surrounded by tall pine trees and citrus trees, creating a peaceful backyard retreat.

Guests can enjoy a fantastic covered ramada featuring a fireplace, griddle, BBQ grill, refrigerator, and comfortable seating area. The backyard also includes a resort-style pool (unheated), an 8-person spa, playground equipment, and plenty of open space to relax and enjoy the Arizona sunshine.

The spacious yard may also be reserved for weddings, celebrations, and special events for AN ADDITIONAL FEE. Pricing varies depending on the type of event and the number of guests. Anything over 10 total guests will constitute an EVENT. Please message us for event and venue details.

The home is conveniently located in Mesa near the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe metropolitan areas. Guests are just minutes from Chicago Cubs and Oakland Athletics Spring Training facilities.

• Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport – approximately 13 miles
• Arizona State University (Tempe Campus) – about 8.7 miles

Easy freeway access makes it simple to explore the entire Valley. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Gilbert and Brown area of Mesa. Parking is available for two vehicles.

When using the spa, please ensure bathing suits have not been washed with detergent or soap, as residue can damage the spa and create excess suds. A cleaning fee may be charged if this occurs.

We had such a wonderful stay at David and Cheryl’s property! The space was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a holiday getaway. We especially loved the huge one acre yard and took full advantage of all the amenities, including the pool, hot tub, and pickleball court.David and Cheryl were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and the thoughtful touch of saving us some gelato was such a sweet surprise!We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun place to stay.

This is an amazing place, especially for a family with kids. It was clean, well-stocked, and had lots of things to do at just the property. The hosts were more than accommodating. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was the best it could be. I wish we were coming back really soon. I'd definitely stay here again.

Cheryl and David were amazing hosts with this beautiful home. Although the property is shared, both Cheryl and David (the owners) do a great job of giving you space and privacy, while also being warm and welcoming! I had my wedding in the backyard of this home and it was everything I ever dream of. We had about 70 people come, and the space, lighting, atmosphere, etc. was perfect due to the beauty of this home. Although I mainly rented for an event, I would definitely stay here again for a family vacation!

Cozy, Clean, and Convenient

Cheryl was an amazing host! She check in regularly and gave great suggestions for places to eat, hikes, etc. Check in was easy. Great neighborhood with groceries and great places to eat near by. The house is very well equipped and has everything needed for an extended stay. Great beds, linens, and appliances. We took advantage of the fresh citrus fruit in the yard. A real treat! Would highly recommend booking this home. We hope to be back in the future.
