This was a perfect place for 5 adults to stay. We loved the cute decor. Everything was very clean. We went to Wild Animal Safari and the aquarium. It was perfect.

This was a quick trip and we didn’t spend a ton of time in the home but it was a very clean and comfortable place to rest each night. It’s also in a quiet neighborhood, only about 1 mile from downtown area.

The house was exactly as described. It was truly cozy. We had everything we needed for our stay. It is well decorated and updated. Just right up the street from Bear Village apartments too for those families with kiddos at Missouri State. Would highly recommend and would love to come back and stay again.

Perfect location

This is the perfect location for everything that you want to do in Springfield. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I brought my granddaughters for a girls trip and they loved the house.

Family visit for MSU registration

My husband, daughter and I stayed at the Cozy Mansion (mine and my daughter’s 2nd visit). This home is very close to Missouri State University. It is super cute, comfortable and clean. Very accommodating and I hope to stay here again for our next college visit. Lastly, the owner, Brittany is very responsive and helpful.

Few things missing

TV remote missing, no sponge in the kitchen, no soap in one shower, fire alarm went off and shower curtain was NASTY like it hasn’t been changed out in 10 years. Owner tells me that I should bring my own “essentials”(referring to soap) when soap is listed as an amenity.

Great Stay in the Cozy Mansion

The Cozy Mansion is adorable. We were a party of 5 all over 50 years of age, in town for a graduation. As others have mentioned, the beds are low, making it challenging for older guests to get in and out of, but overall, the house is aesthetically pleasing and has everything you need for a long weekend stay. Brittany is welcoming and accommodating. are. low
