We stay here EVERY time we come to Springfield & it NEVER disappoints! Teresa operates in that sweet spot of being friendly, communicative & helpful without stepping on family time or having a bunch of “rules.” The place is great for families and the upgrades are so nice- having a large, fenced in, private backyard with a hot tub, deck, patio seating & even a small fireplace and charcoal grill are so nice! The showers are AMAZING, the kitchen well-stocked (I think I use the crock pot every time) & our family gathers in the front room taking up every spot on the large sectional to catch up and make memories and I wouldn’t trade it for the world! This place will forever hold a special place in my heart as new empty nesters, it’s given us a place to stay connected with our parents and children all together. We’ll see you next time, Luxury Colonial!

The house was as described and overall a nice stay. When we first arrived, there was a very strong musty odor throughout the house. We eventually discovered it was coming from a kitchen sponge that smelled terrible, along with wet washcloths that had been left in the washer. Once we took care of both, the musty odor was completely gone. The location was good, and the hot tub was wonderful!

Great place to have a family holiday weekend. The yard was great with the kids and the hot tub was a nice relaxing way to end the weekend. Lots of room.

House was great. Awesome backyard with hot tub. Teresa was prompt with replying to questions and even took care of a minor issue with hot tub during our visit. Beds were comfortable and nice kitchen area. Weather was great and we were able to sit outside using patio furniture. Nice quiet neighborhood and good location to everything we needed.

LOVE staying here when we come to Springfield to visit family. It’s comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood, but easy to access anything in Springfield, well-stocked, access to the hot tub and a great backyard and plenty of room for the family! Teresa is a GREAT host. This was our second stay here and we’re already planning our return.

This is an awesome place to stay! The home is beautiful and very welcoming! The back deck was perfect for playing Domino’s and enjoying the sunny weather! We didn't get a chance to enjoy the hot tub but will sure try to next time! Teresa was very responsive to all of my queations and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend renting from her!

Weekend in Springfield

This property was great for our family who was in town for the State wrestling tournament. Plenty of space, great updates, wonderful host who added many touches that made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this house! Lots of room for the kids. Close to everything. Very clean and well maintained. Has a very cozy feeling! Hot tub is well maintained as well. Backyard is beautiful! Definitely would recommend!

Springfield bowling tournament

We loved the house there was enough room for everyone that stayed and visited while we were there!!! The home was very clean and well kept.
