Beautiful 2 bedrooms/3 bath condo in Oceania Residences (one of the most desirable condos on the Island) first floor, located just steps away from the ocean. Gated community with 24 hours security.

Enjoy quiet nights on your private porch or have a family barbecue after a fun day in the sun.

Community has a beautiful club house, business center, 5 pools including kids pool, game room, tennis, outside playground, basketball, padel court, pickle ball, his & hers sauna and a business center.

One of the best beaches in the world.
It’s an ideal location for those seeking a quiet atmosphere away from the more crowded and busier Palm Beach area with it's exciting night life and shopping. Not to worry, Palm Beach is just a couple of minutes away by car. Or you if you enjoy exercise you can take a nice stroll by the beach or take the public bus.

To rent a car or not.
Public transportation is available for just a couple of dollars right in front of Oceania. You can take the bus to downtown and all the way to Arashi beach. Also some tour companies will pick you up including day tours and party buses. Grocery stores deliver some same day delivery and next day delivery.

Best location in the place! Very clean. Just steps away from three pools and quick walk to Eagle Beach where you can snag a palapa if you go early. Easy to get chairs by the pool each day. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Everything you need for a perfect stay in Aruba. We will definitely be back!

We had a group of five, my husband, myself and 3 young adult kids. The condo fit us very well and was very spacious. Condo is well stocked with lots of beach toys, a wagon for the store and beach chairs (and more). We lived the pickleball courts and the gym. Pools and beach access was perfect. Host was incredibly helpful. She answered my many questions and gave lots of excellent advice. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location - quick drive from the airport , could walk to restaurants, shopping and an activities! Very spacious, clean and comfortable! Loved being able to just walk out the patio door to the pool and the beach! Excellent communication from host before and during the trip who provided area attraction suggestions. We also flew in on a holiday and host was able to help arrange for someone to grocery shop for us prior to arrival which was so helpful!

Unit was clean, location excellent since it is across eagle beach and it has patio access to the pool as well. You dont need to bring any items for the beach as they provide umbrella, beach chairs and even a small wagon where you could carry easily to the beach. My family just returned from Aruba and I can’t say enough about our trip! This place was absolutely amazing! The unit is just as pictured and perfect access to the pools/beach. It is centrally located on the island but away from the busy parts which makes it perfect, AND it is on Eagle beach which in my opinion is the prettiest! The owner was excellent in answering any questions we had and gave great recommendations! We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend!!

This is an outstanding property, directly across the street from Eagle Beach. It is very safe and convenient for everything. Several restaurants are very walkable. Will definitely rent this place again if it is available.
