Accommodating up to eight guests, this spacious condo is ideal for your next getaway.

The living area is designed to maximize the spectacular Gulf views, opening directly onto the private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the waves roll in. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a quick beach snack to a full dinner, making mealtime a breeze.

The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony, allowing you to wake up to the sights and sounds of the Gulf. A washer and dryer are also included in the condo, making it easy to keep up with laundry, including all your beach towels.

As part of the Phoenix III resort, you’ll have access to a variety of amenities, including an indoor and outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, basketball and tennis courts, plus a fitness center.

Sandblasting right next to my balcony heater would not go above 67 refrigerator did not work. The recliner was gross. We left and forfeited 3 1/2 weeks. We asked about a refund and got 272.

Family Vacation

Our stay was FABULOUS!! Rooms were clean and the view was OUTSTANDING!! It was helpful that the condo building had grocery carts with loading and unloading of groceries and packing to leave. Excellent stay. Our room was on the 14th Floor so if you have a problem with heights take this into consideration.

Great View, RUN DOWN condo

The description of a stunning view was accurate, but the condo was very run down. The recliner sticks when it is reclined, furniture is dirty and the shower doors were filthy with mold/mildew. The property manager did respond quickly and someone recaulked two shower corners but even after that I had to buy cleaner to clean the sliding doors so we could shower. Pictures were missing from the walls, a broken, half fixed lamp, and even a few dirty dishes. Th bed looked lumpy but was pretty comfortable. The staff were friendly and the rest of the property was fine.

Deep cleaning

Unit had been remolded but bathrooms had not . The bathrooms looked from the 70s . The mildew in the master shower was terrible. The a/c in the back bedroom was inadequate and property management knows it because there’s a box fan in there. It needs a deep cleaning! Trash under the beds and under the cushions.

Family friendly place, Great view of the ocean and beach. Costumer service not ideal

The facility was nice, but needs some updates but we still did enjoy the balcony view, easy walk to beach and indoor pool was a great temperature! Our family was affected by recent flooding which added stress for this trip. So fyi we booked the week of not knowing how we would be effected so understood non refundable but they wouldn't even work with us to move the reservation one day later even tho it wasn't going to be booked regardless, but of course we could pay more to book the one open night. Poor customers concern in my opinion. There customers services did respond quickly and resolve us getting locked out of the unit tho when key pad code exired.

Booked this condo for a short spring break trip. Overall the condo was clean. This unit is dated and could use some painting. Great view of the beach. It is as described. The outdoor pool was closed due to construction. The pools at the next door locations were available. This was early March so no pool was ok as it was still chilly. We did have issues at check in. I paid for early arrival. I arrived at 1 and the code did not work. After several tries I called. They apologized and sent out maintenance to check the door. The first hour of our trip was spent standing outside the door with all of our things. Although I was frustrated the staff was very friendly and attentive. They refunded me for the early arrival fee and apologized for the inconvenience. The concern and timeliness made all the difference. I would stay there again for a 2 day trip.
