Concrete floors and minimalist interiors afford impeccable cleanliness and
a sense of calm. Our rooms and amenities are designed to set a backdrop for
a life of adventure and inspiration, without the clutter of everyday existence.
From the lush gardens in the corridor to the custom-made furniture, the design
and amenities at Claudia have been thoughtfully considered in an effort to make
your stay restful, enjoyable, and reflective of the spirit of New Orleans.

The Space:
Built in 1953 by well known New Orleans architects Wess and Silverstein, the
property has been transformed to a 5 Suite, 15 room bungalow- tucked
behind privacy walls and set amidst lush garden courtyards with a private crystal clear pool.

The Neighborhood:
Claudia is located on St. Claude Avenue , a few blocks from Frenchmen Street, in the heart of one of
New Orleans’ favorite neighborhoods. In addition to being a unique place to sleep,
Claudia serves as a gathering place and occasional hub of community activity for
locals and visitors alike.

Getting Around:
easy to navigate on foot or bike. Street Car access at St Claude just across the street. Lyft/Uber/Cab always convenient.
New Orleans offers a Bike Share Program, Blue Bike, with stations located throughout

Other Things to Note:
- There is a 3% charge on bookings made through home away & our website to cover payment processing fees that cannot be returned in the event a cancellation is necessary.
- Our property is located directly next to a residential neighborhood. We are required to enforce the city’s noise ordinance which does not permit excessive noise outside after 10PM.
- We cannot accommodate bachelorette/ bachelor parties or anything similar. No Parties, Events, Smoking or Pets. Cannot invite guests to the property that are not part of the booking reservation.
- Check-In time is 3:00 PM and Check Out-Time is 11:00 AM.
- Pricing fluctuates daily.

Great house, great location for our family annual vacation, it looks just like the pictures. It's within walking distance of so many attractions and good restaurants. During our stay the weather was great so we did a lot of walking enjoying the city. Got to meet the neighbor next door she was friendly. Craig the host was very attentive. Refrigerators, rugs, under beds and the oven in Unit 5 all needed to be clean. Overall great accommodations for my family.

Was very impressed with the accommodations. It was perfect for our larger group, with plenty of space to spread out so we weren’t on top of each other. The big unit and pool was a nice area for us all to hang out, while the smaller units were great for people who wanted a little more quiet.Just outside of the French quarter made for an easy walk to good food and bars.Owners were very communicative and there to help with any issues or accommodation requests

This was honestly the best weekend rental I’ve ever stayed in! The place was super clean, super spacious, and perfect for our group of 19. The layout was awesome, everyone had their own space but it still felt really cozy and connected.We’re all in our 30s and pretty much over staying in random crappy places on trips, so this was such a breath of fresh air. Can’t recommend it enough!The area itself around the property doesn’t have a ton going on, but the location is perfect because it's a super easy walk to the French Quarter, so we barely used Ubers. And if you’re heading to Frenchmen Street, it’s just a short walk away too.

Amazing property

This was the perfect property for a group trip! Plenty of space, beds, and baths. The pool was fantastic, the couch was super comfy, and there was tons of communal space. The neighborhood is a short walk to Frenchmen street. We walked during the day and ubered at night. If we come back, we will definitely stay here again!

Everett’s 50th Birthday Celebration

We had an amazing stay. My guests were in awe of your property and kept asking me, how did I find this gem. Any minor issues that came up was addressed immediately by Craig. Quick responses at all time and they were gracious enough to accommodate us on the check in and the check out. Thank you so much and I want to stay at this property on my return. I've had at least three guests ask me for the link to the property. Great location as well. We felt safe an secure.

Best Option in New Orleans!

We had a group of 14 adult men stay in this unit, and it was perfect. There was plenty of space and the multiple unit setup allowed us to have a central hangout area (largest unit), with some more private/quiet rooms for certain folks. The location was excellent - very close to Frenchman and a reasonable walk to Bourbon. One of the best features was the attached coffee/bakery/bar shop at the front of the building. Super convenient, very friendly and excellent options. When we return to NOLA, this will be the only option we will pursue!

The Perfect stay for a getaway with family and friends

This property was amazing and perfect for our party. It was very modern. It had a big area to hang out and also had a few suites people of party that wanted some privacy. It was walking distance from bourbon street. Would definitely book again if I am visiting in a bigger group to New Orleans.

Perfect Womens’ Retreat Vibes

I cannot get over how amazing this property is! We rented the entire property for my 14 friends. What we appreciated the most was how clean, well organized, and perfect location for wanting to feel outside the chaos of New Orleans. We took advantage of the pool and it was warm. The great part is almost every room has a bathroom so it made it so much easier to function as a group. The communication between Craig (who we talked to) was fantastic because he checked in with us, gave great recommendations, and answered any questions we had. My friends want to go back already with their families! Highlights: -keypad code for entry -private pool -full kitchen -tons of rooms -next to the best bakery I’ve ever tasted
