Trevor was great communicating & worked with our group to check in a little early. Would suggest staying there for any larger groups. Good proximity & walking distance.

Excellent private location with a pool and tons of space for a large group. We had 13 people down for my wife's 40th birthday, and it was perfect. 5 minute walk from Frenchman, and in a very solid part of the city as a whole. We'd happily return at any time!

Our stay was perfect! There is nothing bad that we can say about staying at the Claudia. The pool was great, the rooms were nice, everything was clean.. I could go on and on. Would definitely stay again!

The home was as listed—super cute, with an open‑floor concept that worked great for a friends’ getaway. The only issues we experienced were with housekeeping and maintenance. The outside bathroom had not been cleaned in some time, and one of the indoor bathroom toilet chains was broken.Maintenance came quickly, but the part had to be ordered. Until then, the two rooms using that bathroom had to manually lift the chain inside the tank for the toilet to drain, which was unpleasant. The outside bathroom also couldn’t be used.The host refunded us about 500. I do wish we had insurance that would have allowed us to move to another home or be offered hotel rooms during the stay.

Great location close to everything

Overall it was a great stay. Close to everything area outside was a little sketchy but not bad. The unit was beautiful comfy and private and we loved the private pool. We will definitely stay there again.

Lovely spot!

We absolutely loved the space! The open floor plan and ease of access was amazing. We had a big group coming in for my birthday and we loved how we were all able to have our own space but also convene in the spacious common areas if we wanted to. Amenities were superb and we loved the area. Excellent stay, thank you!

Perfect spot

We stayed during Jazzfest and it was perfect. Only a few blocks from Frenchmen. House was solid with plenty of room for everyone. Communication with manager/owner was quick and on point. Thank you!

We live here in NOLA. The space was an escape from the typical city life. Very clean. Looks like pictures. The hosts were great and accommodating. We had a great time in the pool.

It was absolutely amazing! the property was clean and a hidden oasis. The pool was perfectly heated to be refreshing. The only that would have made it a smidge better was if there was a grill in the backyard
