Weekend stay

We had a short weekend stay at this property. It was a nice house with plenty of room for all of us. Rooms were comfortable. Would recommend for families.

Holiday with Family

Our family came from Hawaii for the holidays and they loved the location and the house. Well equipped, they loved the rec room and pool table. The owner was wonderful to work with - very accommodating and communicative. Thank you - we all enjoyed the holidays and were so thankful!

Lovely Cabin Nestled Among the Trees

Truly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Nestled among the trees, peaceful and quiet surroundings. Kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. Children loved the air hockey and pool tables as did the adults :) Can’t wait to come back!

Paradise

Beautiful well kept property in a very quiet upscale mountain neighborhood. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The game room was a plus! The large master bedroom downstairs with the master bath offered much privacy. We will definitely be back for another stay! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Great Location-Loved the Garage

Four of us motorcycle riders from Arizona stayed at this beautiful location for four days. The garage was perfect for our needs (safe, secure, easy access). This was our home base and we took daily rides to places like Georgetown, Markleeville, Big Trees, Sonora and San Andreas. Grocery store and pizza parlor were nearby. The kitchen was a nice size and pretty well equipped. Did notice a few minor items that needed to be addressed, but the host was great and helpful. Would definitely recommend this home to others.

Cute house

We definitely enjoyed our stay and would go back to this house again in the fall/winter. Only complaint is that the house was hot and stuffy due to no AC but other than that it was very nice and accommodating and the property manager was very quick to respond to my questions.

Snow weekend in March

We stayed a few days to play in the snow. This home was perfect for our family. The location was great and the kitchen amenities were stocked. I would love to come back during the summer. The Arnold town is a great recreation area. Hidden gem. We used the garage for our Jeep which made it easy to get in and out from the snow.

Wonderful location and cozy place

The cabin is nested in the forest and it's beautiful all around, much more than we anticipated. The accommodations are great and the place is very nicely decorated. It could use a little more thorough cleaning. There was pet hair on the couches, carpets, and the towels were not clean.

Nice weekend away

Great place for a family weekend away. Kids enjoyed the pool table and air hockey table. Having a garage was a great perk for charging our Tesla. There was lots of snow around the property, so we didn't even need to go to a SnoPark to play. Kids just built snowmen and sled ramps in the backyard. Cute area.

Great home for large family

The place is beautiful, with a great layout and close proximity to all that the Arnold area offers. The beds were comfortable and the massage chairs in the living room very relaxing. The host was very responsive to our questions regarding check in and the heater. There are a couple of things in the kitchen that could be added (toaster, pasta colander, some more cooking utensils), so I do recommend checking in and surveying the kitchen prior to grocery shopping.

Quiet getaway

Quiet neighborhood. Loved the fresh mountain air. Family loved playing pool the entire time. Beautiful views from living room/kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. We were able to drive about 40 minutes to the snow one day and 20 minutes to get to Big Trees State Park another day. A prior poster mentioned inventorying the kitchen before shopping for meals, which I agree with. (Example - bring a can opener.) A few issues were raised and promptly addressed by Uday. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Beautiful Place

Seeing the listing at first hand was a good choice, but seeing it for itself in person was even better. The heater worked throughput the whole house, keeping my family super warm throughout all times of the day. The place had games, plus a game room with a pool table and air hockey. Garage was fully equipped with snow gear and useful items. The neighborhood was beautiful and pet friendly was a huge plus. The whole house was nice and clean. Also, full equipped with necessities. We will definitely stay again.A huge plus was the host is super responsive and helpful. I would recommend this spot for anyone!

Great Location!

What a wonderful way to bring in the new year! We had an opportunity to stay at this beautiful home very last minute, the day before New Year’s Eve. Uday was super accommodating had some come out immediately and plow the driveway and clean up the house for our stay. again we booked this very last minute and his fast response and communication made our New Year’s weekend unforgettable. His house is centrally located about a 5 minute drive to local large supermarket, round table pizza, Italian restaurant, and other essential places. the house was clean and cozy! we had an amazing fun filled day of snow play right outside the house as it’s on a lots of open land, we will definitely be back in the future!!

The host was good. Our stay was short because we went during the storm in Arnold during February Break. The house is all run off of electricity except the stove. We were not able to get into the garage because the power was out and the shovel for snow was in the garage. The house does not have a source of heat without power. If it did the short stay would have been ok. We were able to cook dinner with the gas stove, borrow shovels from the kind neighbors and use blankets to keep warm.
