Enjoy amazing Ocean Front views from the comfort of your Condo on the 7th floor - great beach views, all the way down to the Springmaid Pier where you can also rent fishing gear and fish as well.

**Please note:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted by Superhog via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking and has no merchant fees associated with it.

We offer a large bedroom with 2 queen beds to comfortably sleep up to 4. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room that will sleep 2 more, and a full-size Murphy bed to comfortably sleep 2. A Murphy bed is a bed that collapses into the wall when not in use. It has a full-size mattress with no uncomfortable bars in your back. During the day it's a kitchen table for 4 and at night it easily transforms into a bed. It's very simple to use. Just pull the handle then push up in the morning. This condo can comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests.

J-Mike's Flavor Station offers breakfast and lunch and is located right next door in the adjacent building.

We are only minutes' drive to many of the most popular activities and attractions the area has to offer.

Convenient location just a couple of minutes from Myrtle Beach airport.

Free basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts available at Midway Park, plus free disc golf at Splinter City (both less than a mile away). Many 18 hole golf courses close by, along with numerous mini-golf courses for families.

This property may use cameras for security purposes in the common and public areas such as the garage, walkways, elevators and the front door. There are no cameras permitted within the private space of the property.

House Rules
• The primary registered guest must be 25 or older and assumes full responsibility for all of their guests. Their guests of all ages are welcome!
• No smoking in the condo or on the balcony – designated areas only.
• No pets – Service Animals Must be Registered and Leashed at all times.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted in the condo or using the amenities, pools, etc. All others will be considered trespassing.
• Throwing items off the balcony is a Federal crime and violators may be Prosecuted, Fined and/or Evicted.
• Local Fire Codes permit up to a maximum of 6 Guests in our 1-bedroom condos and up to 8 guests in our 2-bedroom condos. Breaking the fire code is grounds for immediate eviction without notice and with no refunds.

Check-In Information
The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In at the Front-Desk with a valid matching government issued ID showing they are 25 or older. The Front Desk personnel will provide you with your room keys, pool passes and a parking pass if required.
There is a maximum limit of 1 parking pass for 1-bedroom condos and 2 parking passes for 2-bedroom condos. Extra parking passes are not available at this property. You must register your car(s) with the front desk – make, model, color & license plate #

We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay.

We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include:
• Hand soap in the bathroom
• Dish soap and a kitchen towel
• Dishwashing detergent (if applicable)
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• 1 trial size of shampoo
• 1 trial size soap or body wash
• 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod
• Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen

You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, extra amenities, etc.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting around $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We also have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day. We'll drop them off in the condo before you arrive and pick them up after your departure.

Snowbird Specials – Some properties do offer specials for stays of 30 days or longer during the off-season from October through Feb. Please inquire if you’re looking for a seasonal special rate.

In order to keep our rates competitive and fair to smaller groups - groups with more than 4 adults/children in our 1 bedroom condos or 6 adults/children in our 2 bedroom condos will incur an additional guest fee of $15 per person / per stay. This fee will be billed separately after booking and is used to cover additional linens, towels, etc.

Our cleaners are thorough and use enhanced cleaning protocols, including bleaching of white linens and towels in hot water while using disinfectant on all high touch areas such as faucets, handles, light switches, etc.

We loved the location and being able to walk right out to the beach. It was nice to have the small kitchen and the beds were comfortable. There were a few cleanliness issues and the bedroom didn't have good air flow, so I woke up hot every night. Overall, it is a good rental for the location and price.

Needs updates, but got the job done
We loved the view from this condo! Our boys really enjoyed the swimming accommodations of the complex. They did complain of feeling the springs in the pullout couch so I’m thinking any adults would be very uncomfortable. The beds in the bedroom were very comfortable. If you plan to really cook you’d be missing several items like a baking sheet and sharp knives. Overall the place needs an update and it smelled really musty.

Exactly as described
There were a few places it was clear the cleaners missed (coffee pot and behind tv stand). Other than that the listing was exactly as described. We had an easy check in, no long waits on the elevator, there was one outlet beside the bed that didn’t work but we were able to use others… all in all a great place for the money!! Location was perfect. Would stay here again.

Great Rental Property
This rental property is a great rental for the price. Cleaning supplies was available for use if needed. Kitchen items (pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses) clean and available. The property was clean, looks newly painted in some of the rooms. The carpet could use some cleaning or replacing. Enjoyed the oceanfront!!!

Just what we needed
This condo was perfect for us! It was clean, convenient, and had everything we needed for a great 5 night stay! Our 2nd day in a mirror fell off the wall and broke so I called Todd (the property manager), and he immediately came down and cleaned everything up! He was very friendly and efficient! So glad we chose this condo and definitely plan to return in the future!

Great week
We had a great week. Check in was easy. Parking garage was convenient. There are only 6 rooms on this floor and it was very quiet, even during Bike Week. Room was clean and washer dryer were great pluses. Down side was not much storage for clothes. We had plenty for 2 but 6 would be hard. Will stay again.

This property was well maintained, clean, and cozy. Wish the check in time was earlier as front desk messed up keys and ended up not getting in until after 9pm, because of a prior commitment.

Great for price
Condo itself was clean and we loved being right on the beach. Great stay for the price and they were able to work with us last minute to add on an additional day. Kids loved being able to swim in the heated pools since it wasn't warm enough to swim in the ocean yet. Parking garage was really convenient as well.
