This was a great place and we enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and the hot tub was a huge plus. The area is beautiful and we had lots of deer come right up to the back deck. The host was very nice and had great communication

The yard was absolutely perfect to hangout all weekend, very relaxing. We enjoyed seeing all the wildlife. The sauna was also a big hit!

The stay was nice but it needs to be cleaned much better then it was. We kept getting a bad smell from the kitchen area and when we opened up the oven it had rotting food in a glass dish.

The stay was enjoyable and was perfectly located to Raceway! The only complaint was the cleanliness of the house. We had to sweep and wipe down surfaces including the inside of the refrigerator. There were minimal instructions on check out other then take out trash and to be sure fridge was empty.

House was great, just like the pictures. We enjoyed the fire pit but the best part was sitting on the large deck watching the deer come right up to us.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and communication with host was easy. The sauna and hot tub were nice. Here's what you should know: the only way to the game room and sauna is through the main bedroom/bathroom. You can access it from the rear deck, but inside, you're walking through the main bedroom. There are only 2 TVs in the house. One in the living room and one in a bedroom. If you have kids who like to game like mine, it caused issue because they were always in the living room. I would bring another TV and set it up in the game room. The game room does not have a futon, only a couch. But the 2 couches in the living room are fold out. The neighborhood was nice and the we enjoyed the amenities. I have never seen so many deer!! They were all over the neighborhood and in the yard several times a day. Would stay here again.

The house could have been a bit cleaner. The beds & pillows are uncomfortable, no flat sheets on the beds, just the fitted sheets and comforter which is very odd. No instructions for checkout when it came to linens, towels and dishes had to contact host. We did not use the sauna. The shower/tub combo you feel like you’re going to fall thru the floor of it, that bathroom also had lots of hair in the corners of the room. Location is good of the house. Lots of deer to sit and watch. The one guard was not nice at the one guard shack no knocks to the house, it just makes it unpleasant when met by him as your first impression of the community. I’ve stayed in a lot of Vrbo’s over time, this is the first I’ve encountered the things in the house that I’ve mentioned. Host was very responsive anytime I asked questions which was nice. There is no binder in the house w/instructions like other places we’ve been to. What they send you is what you have to go off of.

Clean & ready. Hot tub was clean & fuctional. Sauna was a big hit. Instructions for check-in/out were simple & spot on. Not enough soap & shampoo for everyone. Had to turn the heat up to 76 to maintain approximately 70 degrees. Seemed like poor insulation, maybe. Floors were always cold. Overall, family had a good time and were happy w/ the property. Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean and comfortable, the host was very helpful and responsive, and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was as described, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Spot!

Stayed here with friends/family for some relaxation and ski weekend. Location is private and the home was exactly as the pictures presented. Hosts were helpful and attentive if needed. Would recommend!
