3 bedroom 2 bath cabin/house on Rush Lake in Palmer township in rural Clear Lake.
Rush is connected to Briggs and Julia.
Rush is 161 acres
Briggs is 404 Acres
Julia is 511 Acres
Lots of lake to cruise on the included pontoon with your stay!

**PONTOON IS INCLUDED IN SUMMER RENTALS*** our pontoon is a 16 foot cruiser style~ seats 6 to 7 people. no pontoon or lake garage in off season roughly mid Sept to May.
***If pontoon were to break and not be available a deduction of 75 $ per day of your stay will be deducted as when we are renting out stuff with a motor it absolutely could happen.

* 3 kayaks also included!


Up to 5 vehicles of driveway parking (3 stall garage is not included in the rental)

Currently sleeps 6 (2 person per room) will allow you to bring airbeds etc. To sleep more just let me know how many people at booking.

There are 2 outdoor security cameras 1 points at the front door the 2nd one faces our pontoon boat these are only watched if there was a reason to such as theft.

Main floor ~ kitchen, dining room and living room with smart TV, baby gates on stair cases a 2nd level deck and AMAZING backyard lake view.

Upstairs is a loft bedroom 1 queen bed, bathroom and soaking tub.

Lower walk out level ~ laundry room, 2 bedrooms with queen bed in each, sitting area with and bathroom with a large shower.

Lake level back yard garage its a 2 stall not for parking right next to the water and bonfire pit

Relaxing stay on the water

Clean, lovely home with everything we needed. The boat was fun and easy to use and we caught some fish! Great space for a family to gather and enjoy. All the toys for a family to use in and out of the water. Kind and helpful owner. You will absolutely be glad you stayed here - we are!

Had an excellent time

Traveled to Minnesota to visit our daughter. Had a great time time relaxing by the lake with family and taking kayaks out to explore. Host was great and responded to any inquiries in a timely manner. No negative things to say. Would definitely stay here again

Very spacious with all the amenities! Very clean and everything was labeled so we never had a question as to where to find something. Everything from the kitchen to the light switches were labeled! Beautiful deck overlooking the lake. Huge loft with a bathroom along with 2 huge bedrooms in the basement with plenty of closet space. We absolutely loved staying here and hope to be back again next year! Our host, Stacey, was excellent as well!

Pontoon huge plus

The property is clean and tidy, close to stores (both chain stores and the fun Briggs General Store), and with direct lake access. Having a pontoon to use made all the difference. The only downside was not being able to bring our (larger) dog but if you’re looking for clean convenience with a boat, this is the place. (Also has kayaks.) The owner was prompt and helpful, too.

Awsome property!

We had so much fun staying at the cabin. My kids loved using the paddle boat and kayaks. Having the garage by the lake to hang out in was so nice. My husband enjoyed the use of the pontoon. Will definitely be back sometime.

Stacey home was thr cleanest place we've ever stayed. She provided all the basics and then some. Appliances were new and beds very comfortable. Carpet was great and kids had a blast playing cards. There was wifi and a gorgeous pontoon provided. Literally everything we wanted or needed. She answered any questions quickly and location is prefect. The lake was so much fun and so warm. Honestly we cannot wait to go back, we were already discussing it! Book with Stacey you will not be sorry! Thank you for having us and making great summer memories for our family!

Great time with family!

We had a great time with family at this cabin! The cabin was very clean, spacious, and kid friendly. We were traveling with 6 adults and 3 kiddos under 3 so we appreciated the baby gates on the main floor stairs! The kitchen had everything we needed, there was plenty of seating inside and outside for everyone. The kids loved all the space to run outside in the shaded yard, the pontoon ran great, and the water was shallow and mostly sandy. The only thing I would change about our stay would be the temperature in the basement bedrooms which I believe happens since the thermostat is located in the loft. Stacy did inform us of the cooler temperature down there we were able to shut the vents and pack warmer pajamas and extra blankets which was very helpful to know ahead of time! Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely go back!
