The Farm Unique Rural Lodging

Welcome to The Farm,

The Farm offers a private 2nd floor guest suite with 3 bedrooms, a sitting room with a work area, bathroom, a private entrance, private driveway, private deck. A/C and heat, quiet ceiling fans in each room, a micro-kitchen with gourmet-type pod coffee, a refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave, dishes and cutlery. We have a six guest four adult guest limit.

You’ll find The Farm to be a secluded and quiet getaway with a typical Wisconsin-friendly vibe. We offer 100 acres to explore our woods, pasture and open land if you have time while enjoying our amazing view of Lake Winnebago. Enjoy the sunrise and a cup of your favorite beverage on your deck each morning. Our onsite Managers, Jen and Fred are there if you need anything.

The recently updated guest quarters are just the beginning at The Farm. Your three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate six guest, (four adults max), and we feature a cozy sitting room with high speed internet and a smart TV. The new bathroom has a large shower and pedestal sink, and features one of the antique mirrors from The Farm. The entire second floor is yours with plenty of free/safe parking and a private entrance.

Our pricing reflects to rate for two guests. Each guest after two we have a $20 per night per guest fee. You can update your reservation at anytime if your guest count changes from your original booking. We do have a no pet and no smoking or vaping policy in place. Only registered guest allowed on property.

If you are booking for anyone other than you we need the full name and contact number of the guest and an acknowledgement they understand the house rules.

Our published fees are for two guest. Additional guest charge of $20 per night per guest. Guest count changes need to be adjusted prior to check in.
If booking for another party we need a contact name and number of the staying party and an acknowledgment they understand the house rules.
We are not a party property. Our place is a a great place to enjoy the countryside and relax. We maintain a 11PM-6AM quiet time for our property.

The place was very clean, it was affordable compared to most other places, and the host were very nice. The property was located in a great location that was close to a lot of different parks. Would definitely come back for a relaxing vacation on the countryside.

The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating, although I didn’t meet them in person. It was a delight to stay at their place. It had a quaint feel to it. There was history in the old farmhouse. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

The rental is just the upstairs portion as shown in the listing photograph. It was very clean and well cared for. There is no stove. The kitchen area is small with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, and sink. Plenty of coffee pods were available during our four nights. Our bed was too soft for my liking, and probably should be replaced. The single bathroom was well supplied and very clean. The farm is beautiful.

This was our second time staying here and we just love it! Three bedrooms with comfortable beds, cute kitchenette, bathroom stocked with the essentials. The view from the porch is so lovely and peaceful. Already looking forward to our next time!

We loved our stay at The Farm. Situated amongst corn fields in a very peaceful setting. Lots of chickens which added to the atmosphere! Jen and Fred are wonderful hosts.

Loved this property and David and Janet! They were so accommodating. We felt like we were at home! The property was everything listed and more! We had beautiful sunsets! We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

Homey, comfortable, fantastic stay

We had a great experience at the Farm. The owners were very nice and friendly, and they had a GREAT setup. You could tell they really went out of their way to make sure you had a good stay. They left us some snacks/etc., the property was beautiful, and this place even has its own logo! Would definitely recommend.

Friendly Host and Easy Experience

The property was very cozy and very clean. Check in and check out was smooth and the hosts were very willing to assist us with any needs we had. There was complimentary things both in the bathroom and the kitchen that we all used and enjoyed! Both David and Janet were very friendly!

This was our second wonderful stay at The Farm. Again, very quiet and peaceful. Just what we wanted. The location, near Chilton is very convenient. It is so nice to sit out on the porch and read.

Great Location for Jericho Event

My husband and I needed a place to stay near the village of Jericho. We were attending an evening event there and wanted to find a place that was close by. The Farm fit perfectly into our schedule! The lodging was so lovely!! Also enjoyed the opportunity to walk in the fields and woods on the property. We hope to come back there again and stay a little longer.
