Welcome to our fully renovated studio that can host up to 5 guests. Located in the Ironbound neighborhood of Newark, it`s a lively area known for its friendly vibe and great restaurants. The studio is just a few steps from Newark Penn Station, and you can reach NYC in only 20 minutes by train!

After a busy day, relax in our new bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower—perfect for unwinding.

Our spacious basement studio offers plenty of room for up to 5 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and more—perfect for preparing meals during your stay. The bathroom is newly renovated and features both a relaxing Jacuzzi tub and a stand-up shower.

The studio is located on the lower level of the building (basement apartment), offering privacy and comfort just steps from Newark Penn Station.

Self check in with smart locks. Check in instructions will be send at the day of check in by 2:00pm via app.

We are located right across Newark Penn Station, where you can easily access busses, taxi, trains and the majors Airports. Don`t forget to plan a visit to Prudential Center during your stay ! You`ll have so much fun joining a Hockey game, concerts and other activities.

After a guest with a pet checks out, we perform an even more thorough and meticulous cleaning to ensure maximum comfort and well-being for our future guests. However, if you have severe allergies, it`s important to be aware that the apartment may have previously hosted pets.

Your health and satisfaction are our top priorities, so we kindly ask you to consider this information when making your reservation.

3 - Earliest check-in is at 2:00 pm (subject to host availability; please confirm with your host). For check-out, the latest time is 11:00 am. Prior arrangements are recommended; reach out to your host in advance.

4 - We are pet friendly and always love to welcome you! We kindly ask that all pets be declared at the time of booking. A pet fee may apply to cover a more thorough cleaning after check-out.

5 - Please be aware that access to the apartment is only via stairs. Thank you for your understanding.

6 - The photos of the bedroom is just to illustrate our wallpaper. We do not have a view of Manhattan, as our apartment is located in Newark, NJ.

If rules are broken a $2000 will be charged for damages. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
