We love visiting Snow Shoe and this is by far the best place to stay. Close to the slopes and all the restaurants. The heated pool and hot tubs are a ton of fun for the adults and kids. The unit was good and we enjoyed the fireplace at night.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Allegheny Springs 239!!! Our host was absolutely amazing and had superior customer service!!The room was much more than we expected… it had an amazingly comfortable bed, a beautiful newly renovated kitchen as well as a fireplace!! Everyone at Allegheny treated us with such kindness!! Room was decently nice. However, had a few issues:Electronic lock worked only about 50% of the time.9-9:30 checkout is ridiculous. TV in main room did not work (would not find the Wifi or connect to it) and there were no instructions. Overall, it would be decently convenient for a 2 night stay, but not worth the hassle for 1 night given early checkout, parking across the street, etc.

The emails regarding arrival were helpful, though the code for the ski locker was so buried in the email that I couldn't find it and had to call Lux Stay USA to get it. The apartment was fine, though a bit dated and worn appearing. There were no tissues in the apartment, and the kitchen did not have a sponge or scissors, both of which would have been useful.

Great condo! The owner was extremely attentive and quick to respond. The hairdryer broke during our stay and their maintenance company had a new one to me within 20 minutes! Highly recommend.

I was not able to make the reservation due to bad weather. The decision was made last minute so it was too late to cancel. I wasn’t even in the same state by the time our reservation was set for. We lost the entire amount spent on this reservation with no support or partial reimbursement and never stepped foot into the rental property.

Ski in Ski out

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The owners were great at communicating with us. You can’t beat Allegheny Springs ski in ski out and lthe awesome outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs. Also, the proximity to the ski shop and village is the best. We always enjoy our stays at Allegheny Springs and 239 didn’t disappoint.

Great room in the middle of the village. Convenient to lifts and restaurants. Check in process was a little confusing. You have to go to Top of the World to get a key to the building. That wasn’t clear as part of the check in process.

We enjoyed our stay at Allegheny Springs. The location is excellent, very convenient, near stairs to get up and down to ski locker room. Very easy communication to get into room and Josh was available via prompt return text. The room is compact but can accommodate 2-4 people. Floors were not completely cleaned, remote needed new batteries, would have liked more bowls/silverwear to use-- these would be my only suggestions of improvement. We would stay there again.
