Located in the popular Bridges Bay Resort, this fully furnished lakefront unit offers East Lake Okoboji views and access to top-notch amenities. Included in your reservation are 6 daily passes to the Bridges Bay Boji Splash Indoor and Outdoor Waterpark. Bridges Bay Resort offers two direct waterfront restaurants the Waterfront American Grille and Bracco World Cafe & Beach Bar, live music, on-site fitness center, arcade and game room, private fully stocked fishing pond, basketball court, outdoor children`s play station and outdoor shelter with gas grills.

Found on the second floor of the complex, upon entering the one-level condo you will be greeted with immediate views of your private balcony and plenty of light. The first bedroom offers full over full bunks beds, the second bedrooms offers a king bed, and the third bedroom offers two side by side queen beds. The primary suite offers a king size bed with smart TV, an on-suite full bathroom with shower, dual vanity, and walk in closet. The second full bathroom offers a shower/tub combination. The fully furnished kitchen offers everything you need on vacation...dishwasher, full refrigerator, coffee maker, and breakfast bar. Seating for up to 10 with barstools and large dining table. The spacious living room provides a new sofa, stunning views, and direct access to your private balcony. On the deck is additional seating and dining area with propane firepit. For your convenience, a washer and dryer with detergent are furnished.

The Bayside building offers a dedicated parking lot but there are several adjoined parking lots at the resort for overflow parking. There is also a dedicated boat and trailer parking lot across the street from the resort.

Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply if booking through a channel.

To ensure convenience and comfort, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, face bar soap, garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, and access to our Host Store; where we offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out options, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Pack n’ play or toddler cot, package of bottled water, firewood, etc. are available for a small fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.

Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available
