My daughter absolutely loved the splash pad area and water slide. This property is very friendly to small children and families and was perfect for us.

Loved the location. Close to shopping, restaurants and right on the beach. Loved being on the first floor. No more long waits for the elevator! We had a great time!

Perfect getaway

The property had some renovations going on, but not anything that intruded on our vacation. There were lots of things to do on site as well, basketball court, gym, indoor pool, etc.

We have stayed at the Phoenix 5 several times. The master bath's light bulb was out. There were nats in the kitchen area and the dryer was rusted inside. It took forever to dry our clothes. Other than those things, the location was great!

Great place for active teens

Enjoyed the many physical activity options. Pickleball, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, pools and of course the beach. The first floor turned out to be a dream. No elevator waits.

Overall great stay!

The location was great. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. No constructions when I was there. The elevator wait times were quick. The room was clean and as advertised. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the overall condo complex needs updated. It’s dated but served it’s purpose and still had a great time. Staff was super nice. My code didn’t work at first but literally I called and they assisted me asap. Enjoyed our stay

We were not aloud to use our patio. But a nice place

They blocked our patio we were never told that about the construction on the patios. They only said that there was construction on the pool. There was no construction on the pool

Better cleaning, but nice stay

I would have to rate 6/10 due to cleanliness, a few minor maintenance issues, and sunken bed mattress in master bedroom. *Fridge wasn't cleaned, a few tables/nightstands weren't wiped down, some of the towels had stains, gnats everywhere when we walked in the door. Master bedroom curtain hanging. Hole in wall in living room near sliding door.* I can say that I would return, pending there is a more thorough cleaning and updated mattress. Location was great. No need for an elevator, drive right up to your door. Sits over the pool area, but we weren’t bothered at all, with doors closed you really couldn’t hear anything. Great view of the beach. Easy access. Management company were very responsive even allowed early check in. They did offer to come do a light cleaning that I declined. I had already cleaned everything by that time. The mattress was horrible, worse sleep ever. Definitely needs to be replaced.
