Le parc aquatique / Splash Pad comprend: un palmier avec 3 bananes immergées, un sloop de pirate, un arc de bateau avec des jets et des canons, un toboggan de plage et plus encore!

Ce condo de 3 chambres à coucher est situé dans le bâtiment Phoenix V à Orange Beach, AL. Aucune procédure d'enregistrement pour traiter ou debout dans les lignes. Lorsque vous arrivez, allez directement dans votre appartement et enfilez votre maillot de bain. Hit the Beach!

La chambre principale a un lit King. La deuxième chambre a un lit Queen et la troisième chambre dispose de 2 lits doubles. Toutes les chambres sont dotées de draps améliorés. TV à écran plat dans chaque chambre et dans le salon. La table à manger peut accueillir 6 avec des sièges supplémentaires pour 2 au bar. L'unité entière vient d'être redécorée, y compris de nouveaux sols en carreaux de céramique dans tous les espaces communs.

Venez découvrir les plages de sable blanc doux de Orange Beach / Gulf Shores et nager dans de belles eaux du golfe. Si vous avez besoin de se détendre, venez vous détendre sur notre balcon face à l'océan et profiter des vues spectaculaires sur la côte du golfe. Orange Beach est l'une des plus belles plages du golfe du Mexique. Si vous êtes fatigués de la plage passer à la belle dehors de la zone de la piscine ou de prendre les enfants à la piscine pour enfants soignée. Pour votre commodité des toilettes privées sont à côté de la piscine pour les enfants. Si le temps arrive à obscurcir ou tourner fraîche en hiver il suffit de déplacer à l'intérieur de la piscine intérieure chauffée et bain à remous. Cette zone intérieure dispose également d'un sauna sec et une salle d'exercice. Si vous êtes un mordu de tennis, essayez le court éclairé.

The place was very clean and loved the location. The stove did not work very well. Only 1 burner on the stove worked. You should bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and dishwashing soap. They provided all that but it was very cheap products and did not last. Everyone that worked there was very helpful and friendly. Would stay again. Would recommend this place. Perfect view of the ocean.

Good location

The location is great. Good beach access and a great balcony with an awesome view. The elevator situation is a nightmare. It took far too long so we used the stairs a lot. The property was not as clean as other vrbo places we've stayed at and not as well stocked.

Beautiful Condo, needs updating.

Beautiful condo and great location. Kitchen appliances need updating, so does couch as you cant sit on it with shorts or will scratch your legs. Housekeeping definitely needs checking in to.

The shower handles were too complicated for the kids and one of them was nearly burned when he turned one of the layered handles not realizing it ALSO regulated the hot and cold water!

Great views of the beach

If youre coming to the beach the location is great. Views are great. It was comfortable but not a 5 star place. The outdoor pool was broke all but 1 day that we were there. When i mentioned it I felt like the rental manager didn't really care. There's 1 room that had a hole cut into the wall to fix something in the laundryroom, and just put the drywall back up. Didn't patch it or paint it. Sliding doors were very difficult to open. The appliances didn't work really well. Master bathroom sink was loose. Beds were comfortable.

Average Experience

The condo itself could use an update, but we knew that when we booked it. The overall building could also use some TLC and updates. You didn't have to check-in for the room because they just sent the room code to you, which was nice, but then you still had to go to the front desk to get a parking pass, so it still took the same amount of time as checking in. You also have to wear a wristband the entire time which was annoying. The elevators we so slow and always packed. The view from the balcony was great. Overall, I would say it was an average stay at an average facility. Nothing overly great about it, but nothing that ruined the trip either.

Beach is great as always, but i wouldn't stay here again

Orange beach is my favorite place to vacation, and this condo is in a great spot. Its pretty dated, which led to some quality-of-life issues, which is why I wouldnt stay again. None of the tubs could hold water for a bath, which frustrated my kids (you could buy a drain cover, but I didnt want to for just a few days), the stove and oven work, but not well, and made cooking in the condo difficult. The cabinets have pretty significant water damage, making them all stick pretty bad. The sliding doors to go outside are also pretty rusty, meaning that only 2 of our party could muscle them open most of the time. Individually, these are tiny issues - but I'll choose a different place next time, as this condos price was comparable to many others.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is need of serious repair. The bathroom ceiling above the shared bath/shower had water damage and black mold over more than half of the ceiling. Carpet in the queen bedroom was dirty. I swept up cereal in the kitchen that had been left. Closets had what appeared to be drywall debri. Sink drain bad. The complex had good amenities but would not return to this unit.

Cassie, thanks for taking the time to give us feedback however the shower ceiling does NOT have black mold as you stated. It does have water damage from a leaky tub in the condo above and there is a stain and a few spots of mildew that have started to develop on the ceiling. This has just been reported so i actually looked into it myself yesterday. We have turned it into maintenance and they have repaired the leak above and are actually repairing, repainting and re-mediating the damage to the ceiling of the shower completely today. As you know this is a very humid environment and the busy summer season takes a toll on the condos. This condo is getting a deep clean this week and the carpets are being cleaned. Keep us in mind for you next visit down. Ken / Property Manager

Spring Break trip

We decided on this property due to the spacious beach front and amenities, large outdoor pool, large indoor pool, and 3 hot tubs, not to mention, racquet ball, basketball, tennis and shuffle board. We had plenty of space although we only had 4 staying. Everything was clean, no issues. The property management was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for a family stay

This condo was perfect for our four generation family trip. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pool and kiddie pool was perfect for our toddler.

Lovely condo in a great location

This property was perfect for our family vacation to Orange Beach. The condo offered 4 beds in three bedrooms and two full baths. The large balcony overlooking the pool and beach was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. The splash pool and outdoor pool were perfect for the kids. We will be back to this unit in one month for another stay. We loved it!
