Enter the home through the stone foyer. Journey up a few steps to the right to the main living space. The new interior furnishings compliment the rich hardwood floor and warm stone hearth. The beautiful Pear artwork brings all the colors together-inspiring this gorgeous property's name. The open kitchen offers custom cabinets, dining space for nine, stainless steel top of the line appliances and a kitchen island with seating for two. A game table is situated on the opposite end of the great room and is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or appetizer while taking in the Lake Tahoe views. A generous sliding glass door leads to a second story deck. In the summer, enjoy outdoor dining space and cooking on the weber gas grill.

Three out of four bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the main floor. There are two bedrooms to the right with lake views, one with king and one with queen size comforts. The main bedroom is located at the end of the hall and offers king size comforts, a small private deck with lake views, an en suite bathroom with a double sink vanity, stand up shower, and walk in closet. A shared bath and laundry room rounds out the main floor living space and is located across the hall from bedroom #2 and #3. It's equipped with a double sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo.

From the stone foyer, a staircase down leads to the game room, hot tub and 4th bedroom. The game room offers a smart TV w/steaming options, a seating area, fireplace, and pool table with ping pong topper. A covered deck with a brand new hot tub is accessed off the game room via a sliding glass door. The fourth bedroom is situated to the right from the game room and is furnished with a queen under twin bunk and smart TV with streaming options.

The Pear House is located in the perfectly located Dollar Point neighborhood in Tahoe City. You'll be centrally located, only 10-20 minutes to all major north Tahoe ski resorts and a quick 5 minute drive to shopping, restaurants, bars, and a movie theatre.

For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
