"The Salty Doghouse" is far enough from the noise, while close enough to the attractions with plenty of parking. Blocks to shopping, the beach, bars & restaurants, the library & multiple parks (the 100 block of 46th).

Dual master bedroom suites, perfect for your family or multi-family rentals. Sheets are not provided unless otherwise discussed.

Salty Dog MDW

This was our third year staying at the Salty Dog for MDW week. Great location and great place to stay as always. Hope to be back again next year.

This was our third year at The Salty DogHouse and it was truly amazing. Always clean and well kept. Owners are so easy and wonderful to communicate with. Easy quick walk to the beach and to so many restaurants and stores. We couldn’t be happier each year with our stay and are already looking forward to our stay next summer!

Family Vacation

EXCELENT seashore rental home:1. Off street parking for 3 cars plus a garage2. 1 1/2 blocks from beach, 2-minute walk3. Quiet neighborhood4. 2-3 blocks from restaurants5. Well-appointed kitchen, bedrooms, lounge spaces, and laundry appliances.Only negative was that the rental fee did not include weekly beach tags. These were easily purchased on-line.

Clean, modern, great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was within walking distance to the beach, close to stores and restaurants and church. Very clean and newly renovated. Highly recommend.

Good stay

House was perfect location to town and was able to walk to everything. Not far from the beach either. Pet friendly was great so we could bring our pups on our vacation. The house had everything we needed and fit our family perfectly.

Wonderful house

We had the most wonderful vacation staying at the Salty Dog. It was the best being able to bring our fur baby with us. The house was clean and I can’t say enough about the awesome location. The owners were great to deal with and very responsive. We will definitely look to stay there again!!

Great stay!

The unit exceeded expectations in almost all respects. Our 8 adults and two dogs had plenty of space and virtually every amenity we needed and then some. The location was perfect for our group. We would definitely return. Communication with the owners was fast and easy.

Great Location and Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful trip! The location was perfect. We walked to the beach and downtown. The hosts were gracious and responded quickly to any questions. The house was super clean and well-equipped, including beach chairs in the garage! We are excited to stay here again in the future!

Perfect in all ways

This house is well kept, located and appointed. It is extremely comfortable offering two masters and another bath. One master separated on the upper floor with it's own balcony is amazing.
