This 3,500 square foot single story luxury resort is perched and nestled in a pristine mountain top community. Enter the beautifully landscaped grounds through the private entry way. As you drive up the driveway, you will be greeted by an inviting hammock overlooking the most inspiring and breathtaking views of the entire Fallbrook valley and might even get a glimpse of the ocean. Experience the serene peace and tranquility this property has to offer. For those looking to unwind in style, the house features a game room with amenities such as billiards, foosball, classic arcade console, dart board, board games, poker accessories, and outdoor basketball. POOL / SPA HEATING
Pool heating is available upon request. This can be arranged and settled prior to check in for a seasonal fee. Spa heating is Free and included with your booking.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
We charge a flat base price for up to 6 guests. There is an extra nightly guest fee of $30 per person after 6 guests to help cover the added cost of bedding, laundry, and resources for larger groups. Please be sure to indicate the accurate number of guests when making your reservation. Changes can always be made and adjusted prior to your arrival.

Great stay! Air is in all bedrooms - would be nice to have another unit in main area. Walking distance from beach, which is beautiful. Also walking distance from a couple local sodas and a market. Pools is great too! And there is a terrace above the guest house that gives a nice view of the ocean. Would stay again!

We stayed here for a wedding at Monserate Winery. We loved every minute. The house is even more spacious than the pictures portray. We loved the view, pool table, hot tub, pool, and fire pit. Eric was very easy to work with. If we have a need to return to Fallbrook, we will be back.

This property was pure magic. After a long Minnesota winter, we came to California seeking sunshine, rest, and a place where our two active sons (21 and 19) could play while my husband and I truly unwound. This home exceeded every hope we carried with us.The house was immaculate, and the setting felt like stepping into a dream. The infinity pool overlooked the breathtaking valley, and every sunset was a show of its own — glowing oranges, pinks, and reds reflecting off the pool’s evening lights and shimmering across the twinkling valley below. The flowers glistened in the soft night lighting, and hummingbirds greeted us through the massive windows or while we relaxed on the full‑length patio surrounded by roses and vibrant blooms.Inside, the view was framed through glass that embraced its beauty. The kitchen was perfectly appointed for the meals we love to cook together, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were deeply restful — exactly what we needed. Our sons were fully entertained with the pool, the well‑equipped game room, and the board games and card table provided. ...And the hot tub… it lulled each of us into the most peaceful sleep every night.We stayed for four nights, and all wished we had planned for at least two more. The hosts were gracious, responsive, and clearly put extraordinary care into ensuring this is a true five‑star experience.You found it! You cannot go wrong! We will absolutely be back.

Beautiful Place

This property was beautiful! We loved all the hummingbirds and the view was amazing! Grand Pacifico was the perfect place for our sisters vaca!Eric was the perfect host. We had an issue with the outdoor fire table and Eric came right over and helped us (it ended up being user error). Eric was very helpful and great communication.

As soon as we walked in the door, the house was very inviting. It was decorated with a Christmas tree, Christmas decorations and has a cozy fireplace. We felt right at home and were extremely happy to be celebrating our Christmas holiday there. It’s a very beautiful house on a big lot with stunning views of Fallbrook wine country. The game room has got everything one could ask for. We played basketball, pickleball and PAC Man. There was also a great assortment of board games. Did I mention the infinity pool, spa and bbq area that we enjoyed. The host has every amenity you could imagine, from toothpaste and toothbrushes, to first aid supplies along with a chefs dream kitchen with all the cookware, bakeware and utensils one could ask for including a fully stocked spice rack along with an ample supply of coffee. The host checked on us to ensure we were comfortable and was very responsive answering our questions. We highly recommend.

A beautiful, spacious property with a gorgeous view! We enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the game room and pickle ball court. The owners, Eric and Neda were friendly, responsive and helpful. Our daughter was getting married at a nearby wedding venue, Los Willows, and it was the perfect location for our family to stay nearby with quick and easy access to the venue as well as restaurants and grocery stores. We all loved the house and the Fallbrook community. We highly recommend this property!

Amazing venue

This house was everything we could have asked for on our wedding weekend. Everyone fully enjoyed the spa, pickle ball and basketball court, and game room for all three nights. The hosts were very communicative and made it easy to check in and out. Highly recommend for wedding couples to stay with their bridal party!

Historic downtown Fallbrook is a short 10 minute scenic drive and has plenty of art galleries, restaurants and vintage clothing shops. Known for its upscale wineries and extensive vineyards, the area offers plenty of unique opportunities for those who appreciate the art of the grape and delicious food. Not a fan of wine? At the heart of Temecula lies Old Town, where visitors can take a step back in time as they meander through wooden boardwalks lined with western-inspired buildings with award winning restaurants and night life.

POOL / SPA HEATING :
Pool heating can be arranged and settled prior to check in for an added fee. During the colder months, it takes about 10-12 hours to preheat the pool to a comfy 82-84 degrees. During the months of Oct - April, this can be arranged for a pre-heating fee of $175 for the first day and $125 per day thereafter for 6 hours of heating. During May - Sept, the cost is $150 for the first day and $100 per day thereafter. SPA heating is FREE and included with your stay. (Note : Heating costs are subject to change)

The base pricing is set for up to 6 guests. There is a charge of $30 per person per night for additional guests. Please be sure you book with the correct number of guests as the additional guest charges will automatically be added to your total.
