Perched in the hills above Bishop’s Lodge Auberge Resort in a private, gated community with access to an extraordinary community pool featuring an infinity feel with sweeping views, Villa Vista is a professionally managed 3 bedroom, 3 bath stand alone villa with over 2,200 square ft of space to enjoy. Backing up to 1.6 million acres of Santa Fe National forest, the home offers hiking trails steps from the front door and access to the SkyFire restaurant at the neighboring Auberge Resort.

The views from the villa are unobstructed, panoramic views of the New Mexico sunsets and Jemez Mountains. The Bishop’s Lodge Villas are individually owned and situated alongside the newly reconstructed Bishop’s Lodge, a part of the luxury Auberge resorts collection. Although guests will not have access to hotel services such as bellhop or room service, our guests can take advantage of the restaurant, bar, trout stream, walking/horse trails and stables nearby. This prestigious location is just a few miles north of the Santa Fe Plaza, minutes from the Santa Fe Opera and perfect for Ski vacations.

This free-standing villa has high ceilings featuring vigas, fireplaces and professional décor. Tile floors compliment the décor for a more Santa Fe contemporary flavor. Enjoy the art, rugs, baskets and pottery lovingly arranged throughout the home for your enjoyment. The fully stocked kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, and all the cookware, dishes, etc. that one will need for that gourmet cook. Plus new counter-top appliances of every kind that include a regular coffee pot and Keurig stocked with coffee as well as a variety of teas. The dining room accommodates 8 and three counter stools for the counter facing the kitchen.

Villa Vista’s three bedrooms are beautifully furnished with desk space and comfortable sitting areas. The rooms feature comfortable furnishings, luxury linens and private patios. All bedrooms also have an ensuite bathroom that includes a shower and tub with the Master offering a Jacuzzi and walk-in shower, making the home perfect for couples, friends or a family visiting Santa Fe. We offer versatility with the bedroom sleeping arrangements; the master offers a luxury suite with king bed, kiva fireplace, large bath with walk-in shower and deep tub, while the bedroom at the opposite end of the house offers a queen suite with fireplace and full bath. The middle bedroom can be made up as another king or with twin beds if that suits your needs more comfortably. Each bedroom comes fully stocked with linens for the bath, hangers in the closets, luggage racks, extra pillows, a private outside patio, and a television.

The living room has a comfortable and welcoming seating area around the fireplace and TV. You can relax and watch a movie, the sunsets or just read a good book. The living area adjoins the dining room and kitchen. The living area also opens to a lovely patio with gas BBQ grill, table, chairs and chaise lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the Santa Fe climate.

The community is gated with plenty of parking available. The villa is located down a short walkway from the parking lot and there are a couple of steps along the way. The home has central air conditioning and modern amenities. The owners may consider a well trained small dog which must be pre approved.

The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor and under the management of the HOA at The Lodge and Villas. A Vacation Different property management and Villa Owners are not responsible for any issues with the pool but will pass along any issues to the HOA to address.

LIVING AREA: Air Conditioned. The open floor plan accommodates guests in many ways with three en-suite bedrooms each with private patios. The common area is open with large windows, comfortable seating and inviting decor. Apx. 2200 Sq. Ft.

LUXURY BEDROOMS: have a soothing night’s sleep with custom linens, lofty duvets, feather-weight pillows, premium mattresses.

LUXURY BATHS: enjoy three ensuite baths with fully stocked linens and toiletries. Luxury cotton towels, designer toiletries, hair dryers, magnifying mirrors, iron and ironing board and full sized washer/dryer.

KITCHEN: a well-equipped kitchen offers ice maker, Keurig coffee maker & carafe, microwave, toaster oven, blender, crockpot, plenty of cookware and utensils, pantry items, and creamer and sweeteners. Service for 8: dishware, glassware, and flatware.

ENTERTAINMENT: surround yourself with the comforts of home with high speed internet and televisions in each of the bedrooms.

EXTERIOR: landscaped patios allow for al fresco dining and cooking on the gas grill.

Separate lease agreement is required to be signed before check-in
USPS mail delivery is not possible at this property but FedEx and UPS deliver without issue.
Pet Policy - One well trained dog under 35lbs will be considered with pre-approval, no more than 1 dog will be allowed and there is a firm NO cats policy
Pool liability waiver must be signed before access codes to pool area is released
Pool is NOT heated
Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only. Hours are 6am - 10pm.
Guests are required to follow rules set by HOA for the community and pool area

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance:
It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area.
