Private use of bbq, Jacuzzi and access to boat shed to grab a kayak or SUP and explore the waters in the beautiful Burraneer bay.

This location is amazing. Super pet friendly, very clean, well stocked with bed linen, towels, laundry. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the easy access to the balcony provides ample space for entertaining guests or a nice place for coffee and relaxing. There are so many amenities attached to the property, but our favourite was the spa which can fit approximately 10 people. The hosts are on hand and maintain the spa frequently for optimal hygiene. The spa was a great place to chill with family and friends. We'll definitely be returning soon

We had an amazing time at this property. It was easy to manage our pets due to the house having multiple zones to allow separation of cats and dogs on several occasions. The house was very clean with ample linen, towels, laundry with washer/dryer. The kitchen is excellent with everything required plus a bbq is also available. There are so many ammenities attached to the property. The most impressive is the spa, approximately 10 people can fit comfortably. We enjoyed the spa frequently. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is also an upstairs kitchenette and balcony. The main balcony of the living room allows easy access to the kitchen whilst entertaining or just having a coffee. The location is brilliant with easy access to Westfield Miranda which is like a suburb of shops, lots of great brands, Cronulla and other great locations. Our hosts were amazing, they maintained the spa frequently as we were there 17-nights in total.

Great view

We enjoyed staying in this property whilst visiting Sydney for a family wedding. The house was a good location and the view is amazing. Whilst the owners / managers were extremely friendly and helpful and responded to any questions or requests we had, we did feel that the house was quite a strange layout and not particularly clean. We had to ask for an iron, a hairdryer, toilet paper and extra towels / hand towels. Only one towel per person was provided, and no hand towels at all. We understand that there has been alot of rain in Sydney for months now which makes everything feel just that little bit damp. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay.

Not recommended!

Do not stay here if you want a relaxing getaway, this home is rented to 3 seperate groups. When my family and I got to this home we found there was and 18th birthday in the section above us. They were partying for 2 days straight blaring music and being obnoxiously loud the entire duration of our stay (Friday - Sunday) We contacted the host about this and we suspect nothing was done as the noise continued the entire duration of the stay. The guests still maintained to play very loud music laughing and screaming directly outside our bedroom windows till 5am both nights, despite the host telling us that he will contact stayz to have them evicted. Which did not happen. The host stopped responding to my messages on Saturday while we still had 1 more night at this home, extremely poor communication. Seems as he does not care as long as he’s been paid. My family did not sleep at all the entire stay. I expressed this to the host pleading that he kick the party out numerous times. If we were made aware that this home is divided into 3 units we would have booked elsewhere. I contacted the host regarding the party within an hour of our check in. Their party was breaching the agreement rules set in place by stayz so they should’ve been kicked out from the very beginning. We had several run ins with them to the point where the police was called twice. They provided an air mattress, when the mattress was taken out of the package it absolutely reeked of mould and when we opened it it had mould and fungi all over it. I have taken pictures. The towels provided were old and not enough for our family of 9 we had to go to the shops and buy our own soap, towels & paper towels as there not enough of provided, which we have never needed to in other locations. No antibacterial soap was provided during covid? there was a big dead bugs in our room, I have also taken pictures of this. This location has caused my family and I substantial frustration and distress due to the lack of information provided & lack of communication by this host. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

Magnificent !

James was an amazing host and very accommodating and informative. His parents were great showing us all the amenities and activities and let us enjoy the weekend. The property has amazing outdoor entertainment area, great spa and gives you the ultimate coastal feeling without leaving Sydney . An absolute must for anyone looking for a quick coastal getaway without traveling up or down the coast . Will definitely book again with the extended family as there is room comfortably for 10 people . Thanks again James

Excellent place to stay with a larger group and owners were very kind and flexible with negotiating check-in/out times.
