Guest Information:

Housekeeping: Cleaning is not provided during the stay. Optional daily or mid-stay service available upon request (extra fee).

Food & Beverages: Not provided, in compliance with Florida law. Guests must supply their own groceries and condiments.

Trash Disposal: Trash bins are located on the side of the house. Please place bagged and tied trash (max. 30 lbs / 14 kg per bag) and/or flattened cardboard boxes in the bins. Do not wheel bins to the curb—the valet trash service will pick them up from the side of the house.

Parking: Driveway for cars 5. No parking permitted on the street.

Linens & Towels: Clean sheets and towels provided.

Starter Supplies: We provide starter supplies only, intended for the beginning of your stay. Additional items must be purchased by the guest as needed.
Full Bathrooms:
• One bar of soap
• 1 oz (30 ml) bottles (2-in-1 shampoo & conditioner), provided in approximate quantities based on the number of guests
• Two toilet paper rolls
• One small trash bag
Half Bathroom:

Starter supplies are limited and will not be replenished during the stay. Any additional quantities must be purchased by the guest at a nearby store.

Kitchen Amenities: Nespresso Coffee Maker (pods not provided), blender, Ninja air fryer, and regular coffee machine.

Extra fees apply for BBQ use ($75 one-time) and pool heating ($50 per night, 3-night minimum).

Please note: Our facility features a spa, not a Jacuzzi.

Things to Keep in Mind
• The Harry Potter and Transformers bedrooms, the Star Wars Entertainment Room, and the Pool Area have smart TVs only and do not include cable.
• The beds on Transformers bedroom are designed for kids.
• Guests have access only to the resort’s restaurants and bars.
• Encore Water Park, Gym, and Clubhouse amenities are not available for guest use.
• You’ll still enjoy the convenience of full-service dining and bars on-site, with delivery available to the villa.
• The resort does not accept USPS deliveries.
