The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. The house itself was very comfortable and a beautiful place to stay. The neighbourhood was very quiet, yet we were only a few houses away from Canal st where the streetcar stops were.

Lovely house, great location, nice quiet neighborhood. We walked to restaurants and also cooked in the well equipped kitchen - comfy beds and very clean. We’ll be back!

Location of the property was very convenient for us. Super easy to catch the trolley, good restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of dishes, spices, normal supplies. Communication with the host was great!

Wonderful Getaway

We had a great stay here with friends. Absolutely love the Mid-City neighborhood and this property is located within walking distance of everything the neighborhood has to offer. The house was great, well equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We would definitely return here in the future!

Had a great stay at Miss Ruby’s. House was great & had everything we needed . The location was lovely & quiet yet easy to get to the centre of New Orleans via a walk through Lafitte park or streetcar.Restaurants & supermarkets an easy walk away as is city park with art gallery & sculpture garden. Hosts responded quickly & were very helpful.

Birthday stay

We traveled to New Orleans for our sons 21st but wanted a place away from the noise of Bourbon Street. This place was beautiful, clean and very centrally located. Easy to find driving in, and very easy access to the trolley. Great host. Thank you for a great stay.

Stayed for a week and worked out perfect. So easy to take streetcar to French Quarter. 2 great restaurants just 2 short blocks away. Has everything you need…2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, big comfy beds, and A/C! Would stay again for sure!

Wonderful home in great location

Very nice home in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to Katie's for supper and to the trolley for a ride downtown. The home is well equiped and comfortable.

Location is everything!

First time in New Orleans and staying at Miss Ruby's was a real bonus and our hosts were so welcoming and attentive. The neighborhood was the perfect location - next to the best eateries, steps away from the Streetcar, and a walkable community. Thank you for a wonderful introduction to NOL.
