It's conveniently located 4 blocks from Froggie's Boat Ramp/Bait Store & 5D Steakhouse. Our setup offers a safe gated entry, large garage area for COVERED BOAT PARKING, and plenty of room to entertain. Enjoy Ping Pong, Cornhole, giant jenga or the gas grill! One bedroom and bathroom is upstairs and separate, makes well for a bit of privacy. Come check out P.O.C!

ANTS ANTS ANTS!!!!The home has a MAJOR ANT ISSUE. We had to cut our Labor Day weekend SHORT since my kids, dog and I were covered in ant bites. Luke responded the day after, suggesting that he could send someone out to spray insecticide. However, we already were leaving. The ants got into all of our food, the dog's food, etc. Luke did not provide any remidiation of any kind, only because he answered my message the day after... it was only a weekend trip. Just because he responded, doesn't take the issue away. BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Also, be prepared to be as far away from the beach as possible.

Great place

It was absolutely amazing. Despite the rain all weekend, this place affords you the opportunity to enjoy the weekend. Large garage, covered parking space, fenced yard!! We were able to visit the beach down the street, bbq under the cover in the driveway and watch the rain fall without getting wet. Great place for a family!!

Family trip

Took our family of 4 and a grandparent. Had a great stay. Plenty of games in the garage for kids and adults to hang out. Great location just down from froggies. Definitely will be staying here again.

Our second stay found the barndo clean, comfortable, close to everything and enjoyable for 4 close friends all over 75. Will visit again on our biannual fishing trip

Great POC Rental

We had family come in town to celebrate Christmas. This place was perfect. They even had the Christmas tree up. It is a beautiful home that is well decorated. The enclosing fencing kept the little ones safe and secure. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. It is located close to the boat ramp if you are renting for a fishing trip. Lots of room for parking the boat.

Fishing town

Great condo. This is certainly just a fishing town. The property was one of the best we stayed at but the rest of the town's business sector is old and not well maintained. Not many good food choices so we ended up grocery shopping and making our own dinners. No complaints here but others may want to know that.

Fishing Tournament Weekend

This is our second time renting this property. We enjoy the large parking area to keep our boat. Again, we received excellent communication from the hosts if we had a question and the house was perfect for our needs.

Room to spread out

The barndo was perfectly provisioned, well kept, and spacious. This is the perfect stay for a family or fishing tournament weekend.

Great property

We stayed at the property for a 4 day fishing trip over July 4 weekend. The house was very clean and well maintained with the kitchen fully stocked for cooking. Having 3 bathrooms was a big plus as we all had to shower every time we came off the water. Same for having a full size washer/dryer that we used daily. Kids loved the ping pong table in the garage, and everyone was happy to have their own tv in the bedrooms. We used the propane grill for steaks and fajitas and it worked great. We also liked that the property is pet friendly and we could take our dog out in the side yard. Overall great stay and we will definitely be back!

Barndo living

1st stay in a barndo and loved it. The place is tastefully decorated and looks like new. We were able to enjoy the comfortable living area and found a spot for our ongoing domino game. The bedroom setup allows for complete privacy.The surrounding compound is well kept and offers a reassuring sense of security. I do suggest that more glassware be added to the kitchen. We would rate this spot a whopping 5 star!
