Every thing was great. Very clean and nice great location. Only thing I didn’t like was you are instructed not to turn down ac below 72. Which is not a comfortable temp to sleep for me.

This property has it all for a stay in Port O’Connor. The balcony has great water views, kitchen with full amenities, comfortable beds and baths that have new toiletries in each. Super clean and short walk to the marina.

My family has been coming to POC for more than 30 years to enjoy the coastal resources. Our family of four enjoys different things about being in Port O'Connor- from the beach to the fishing tournament trail to just having a cocktail on the porch in the breeze watching the birds, the dolphins and the boats go by.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We purchased this property because it fits our needs the best. We work full-time and wanted a weekend getaway that not only get to and enjoy quickly, but where we could clean and lock-up quickly when it was time to go, without too much maintenance. As well, we wanted a place that we could rent frequently to ensure the property was continually maintained when we could not enjoy it ourselves. It never hurts to have the rental income to help offset some of the high taxes and insurance!!

We fell in love with these condos as soon as construction was completed in 2014. They have an unbelievable view and are the right size for the quick getaway or a longer stay without sacrificing the amenities of home.
