Guests have access to the entire condo, the shared hot tub, and first-come, first-served on-site parking for 2 vehicles in the shared lot. Please note that this unit is located on the third floor, with 3 flights of stairs to access it.

Nestled in the heart of Breckenridge, this condo is perfect for both winter and summer getaways. Walk to Snowflake Lift for world-class skiing or explore the nearby hiking and biking trails during the warmer months. Main Street Breckenridge is a short walk away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Enjoy the charm of this historic mountain town, from its vibrant arts scene to its breathtaking natural beauty.



Getting Around:

From the condo, you can easily walk to all of the main attractions in the area - downtown Breck is within a 5-minute walk. Snowflake Lift is only 0.2 miles away and will take you to your favorite ski resorts and the best ski runs in all of Breckenridge. The Breck Free Ride bus is a convenient option with the Pine Ridge bus stop on the Gray Route only a 2-minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown.



Other Things to Note:

Like most homes in the area, this property does not have A/C. Fans in all the bedrooms and living room makes it more comfortable for the warmer summer months.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days

Great place and perfect location

The only complaint was the lack of plastic cups to take beer to the hot tub. We remedied that with some recycled aluminum cups that the bartender at Copper let us have. There are ten in the condo now :-)

Nice Unit, All the Things You Need

Nice unit, great view, it is a little dated and we couldn't figure out how to turn the heat down so it got warm at night. But location to main street and lifts was ideal. Hot tubs were relaxing and the fire place was nice ambiance.

Great Location, but not very nice

This unit was close to town which was great. It is very outdated, and guest room had a smokey/moldy smell. The guest bathroom looks very dirty and had dried mildew around the edges. The washer stunk so bad, and the dryer didn't work well. I think if they upgraded and got a nicer couch, and updated the bathrooms, it would be great. The pillows were crazy flat as well. Beds were clean. Just wouldn't recommend this actual unit to anyone.

Large condo, good location

Very spacious 2 bedroom. Great location. 5-minute walk from main street, 5-10 minute walk up to Snowflake lift, 5-minute walk back to condo from Four-O'clock ski-out. Well equipped kitchen. King + 2 Queens was perfect for Mom & Dad + 2 teenage girls. Overall the condo is dated, but clean and well maintained (A typical Breck condo!). The shower in the second bathroom was kind of gross...more of a closet than a shower. We didn't use it. The second toilet room is also the laundry room. Nice to have a full size washer and dryer, however the dryer didn't work! 3-4 cycles required to get cloths dry. All communication is through email or the app. Towels are provided, but bring your own TP, laundry soap, dish soap, etc. Parking is free, but limited. First come first serve and there are not enough spots for everyone. Overall, a good experience, we'd rent here again if the price was right.
