Cette spacieuse unité au premier étage est à distance de marche du centre de la ville et des remontées mécaniques, et situé au centre de Breckenridge. Les installations comprennent un lave-linge / sÚche-linge privé, un foyer au gaz en pierre et un balcon privé. Il y a deux bains à remous sur place, trÚs prÚs de la porte d'entrée de cet appareil. L'unité a également un placard de stockage de ski de verrouillage extérieur.

Cette unité chaleureusement meublée comprend deux chambres spacieuses et deux salles de bains disposées dans deux suites privées. La disposition de cette unité est une excellente configuration pour plusieurs familles partageant l'unité ou des familles plus nombreuses. Il dort 6 avec une reine dans la suite principale, et une reine, et des lits superposés jumeaux, dans la deuxiÚme suite avec une télévision.

Ceci est un condo chaleureux et enveloppant dans l'endroit parfait pour profiter de Breckenridge. À seulement 2 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la remontĂ©e des flocons de neige, au bas de la piste de ski de Four O’clock et Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons du centre de Breckenridge oĂč vous pourrez faire du shopping, dĂźner, explorer les galeries et profiter de la vie nocturne. Pendant les mois d'Ă©tĂ©, vous pouvez Ă©couter la musique en direct du River Walk Centre tout en Ă©tant assis sur notre balcon.

En face de Park Place, vous pouvez prendre le Town Trolley pour vous promener dans Breckenridge ou la Summit Stage qui vous amĂšnera aux domaines skiables de Keystone ou de Copper Mountain ainsi qu'aux autres communautĂ©s du comtĂ© de Summit - le tout GRATUITEMENT. First off, this place was clean and well maintained. New carpeting and kitchen had every utensil and gadget you need. ONE MISLEADING description is "ski-in". You are NOT coming down the mountain to the front door. About 50-100 yards away is "4 O Clock" trail from the mountain that ends on the sidewalk of the road. So don't think you're skiing/snowboarding literally to your door. (Something I've done actually at Jay Peak in Vermont where rental was literally on the mountain)Owners contacted me 3 days prior via email with an entire checklist and information about condo rental you can download and print (or just refer to on your phone or tablet). They were really organized with this by putting into sections as follows: -DIRECTIONS to unit/condo-PARKING info-ENTERING UNIT including unit #, lockbox combo for key to access condoGENERAL INFO ABOUT CONDO from using fireplace to WIFI info to direct contact phone # to owners. Along with do's and don't about staying there. DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS: Easy and understandable requests before leaving. The LOCATION of this place is great!! It's 2-5 minute drive or 7-10 minute walk to all the town's shops, restaurants, bars, etc. For skiers/snowboarders, it's a 3 minute drive to the Breck Gondola that's FREE to take to the mountain. You do pay for parking for the day but the gondola is literally like the Skyliner at Disneyworld. Overall, we LOVED this place. Roomy, clean, etc and did I tell you the location was PERFECT!!

Awesome location!

Location is key and this place did not disappoint. Close the hot tubs, close to the bus stop and literally can ski right to the condo and cross the street. Close to town and the slopes. My kids enjoyed the games and I LOVED that so many amenities were there. Having things like salt and pepper, oil, simple cooking supplies and esp coffee!!! When arriving on Sunday night the fact that there was coffee around for use is a HUGE perk for me.

Checked the Boxes

Good location to Snowflake Lift and bus stop. Town is very short easy walk. Hot tubs are nice and unit is overall very useful and accommodating. I would only suggest upgrading the TV to a larger one and maybe add ones to the bedrooms. Also a grill on the patio would be nice.

Great Stay, Close to Everything

This was our second time staying at this property over the last two years and we love it! Great space for everyone to have some privacy, close to the Snowflake lift, easy for skiers to ski back, very close to Main street. The property is very clean and has everything you need. The hosts are wonderful at communicating!

2nd Time staying here!

This was the 2nd Time we stayed here, and it was equally great for us. The location is perfect! It's a short walk to town for great restaurants and shops. We rented skis across the street at Christy Sports, and caught the bus just a short walk from the condo to easily get to the slopes! Will stay here again.

Great spot

The location cannot be beat. Truly ski-in and just down the road from a lift. Right across the street from Main Street for dining and shopping. Very clean and well kept property.

Perfect location and space

Family of four (2 teens). Three skiers loved proximity to mountain. I would drive them 300 yards to the closest lift each day and they could ski home easily. There is a shuttle and it is possible to walk to lift as well but it is uphill. Stones-throw to Main Street which was perfect for non-skier and apres options. The condo was perfect! Super clean, very nicely updated with all amenities you could think of. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location

What a fantastic apartment. Location and comfort is great. I counted just 60 steps from the bottom of 4 o’clock to the complex. The apartment was very comfortable and has everything you could desire and was well equipped 
. There is even a steam shower, which was a lovelly surprise ( I possibly missed it on the listing). We could have very easily stayed in each night and cooked in the well appointed kitchen. But the middle of main st is literally a 3 min walk. Needless to say we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here if we come to Breck again which is very likely. The only slight negative for us was that the apartment upstairs had a herd of elephants as tenants

Great location! Easy access to ski rentals, bus stops, and town! It's not officially ski in, but just a short walk from the end of the 4 o'clock run, so close enough! Set up and size of the condo is better than several we've stayed in before! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony after a great day of skiing! Will consider this condo again if we come to Breckenridge in future. Happy the condo is on the first floor!

This condo was lovely and just as pictured. A great space for parents and our three 6 foot tall sons. We enjoyed our short stay. Communication was great. One change that I would suggest is a keyless entry. With 5 of us skiing we came and went at different times and having only 2 keys made that a bit difficult. Also a King in the Master would be great and plenty of room for it!

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. The property is in a great location! It is almost ski in (a very short walk from the end of the 4 o’clock to town run). Also can walk to the Snowflake lift but we found the free shuttle to be a quicker and easier option. Easy to walk to dinner and downtown in the evening. The steam shower was an added bonus. Very close to the hot tubs also.

We have been enjoying Colorado for over 30 years. We have family that live year-round in Breck and Dillon. We have always been enchanted by the mountains, both in winter and in summer. Our two children have grown up spending many ski and summer seasons playing in this wonderful environment. Our son went to college in Colorado because he liked it so much. He remains in Colorado raising his own family.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We chose Park Place for our second home and vacation rental because of its ideal location. The center of town is just a block across the street and over the Blue river. You can sit on the balcony and hear the music from River Walk Center, a beautiful cultural events center for the town. Everything is within walking distance: great restaurants, art galleries, shops, the Snowflake lift, and even the Gondola. The Gondola is free to ride up to Peak 8 base in the summer. Keep your camera ready for moose sightings!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our unit is on the first floor and very close to the hot tubs compared to other units. Easy to come home to without having to climb multiple flights of stairs at the end of a fun day of skiing or other adventures. This is important to note since there are no elevators in Park Place.
