Great as Always

This was probably our six or seventh stay - each time it gets better. This time we’re happy to see brand new mattresses. Only complaint was rainy weather, but I guess it’s not the owner’s fault. Great location near Expo. Quiet neighborhood..

The property is a nice renovation and overall clean. This is the 3rd stay. Cold stay with the winter weather and crawl space floors

Clean and Convenient

Perfect spot for events at the Expo Center. Very clean and well appointed. Small bathroom. Each bedroom had a big flatscreen Tv with plenty of channels. Very soft beds (too soft for some maybe), Strong wifi. Owner was attentive and available.

Chili bowl 2023

Came to Tulsa for the chili bowl and found this house that was only a few blocks from the Expo center. This house was awesome! Very very clean and very well decorated. 3 TV’s and great beds. You can also park your car in the garage. We will definitely use this house in the future.

Great Central Location, Clean, Well-Appointed

This was our fourth (?) time back to this property because it was just perfect for our semi-annual Expo event. Everything was clean and fresh. I called the owner to see if they had a lighter for the grill, but apparently a previous guest took it. The owner showed up about 45 mins later with a set of new lighters for us. Great service!

This was our second stay here. Too cold to enjoy the outdoor amenities, but this house was perfect for a weekend event at the Expo.

Above and Beyond

This property well exceeded our expectations. It was very apparent that the property was well maintained, very clean and everything felt brand new. Matt was quick to respond to any questions we had and very friendly. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Fantastic house! I stayed at this property for four nights and couldn’t be more pleased. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The home was very clean, well-appointed very convenient to the Expo Center just a few blocks away. AC/heat worked quietly and efficiently. Our group consisted of my two friends and me. We each had our own bedroom with a nice flatscreen TV in each. Beds were comfy but a bit soft for me. The rear patio with the firepit and BBQ grille was perfect for an evening drink. Kitchen was complete with cookware and drinkware. Electronic entry - so no keys to lose. Matt was easy to get in touch with and answered questions quickly. The only negative comment is that there is only one bathroom, but we assigned morning shower times and it worked out fine. We are planning to rebook for another event in November..
