【The Property】
「A」An idyllic lakefront suite close to freeways, Link Light Rail, and SeaTac International Airport (relatively quiet as not under the flight path).
「B」Your own private apartment with an updated kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and a laundry room. There are two king-size beds and a full sofa bed.
「C」There’s a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, a microwave, stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, pots & pans, and essential utilities.
「D」The bathroom is with clean towels, makeup removal towels, makeup cotton, a hairdryer, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, and shower gel.
「E」The storage in the back bedroom is equipped with extra pillows and beddings. There is also a queen size air mattress, and a full-size mattress in the storage.


【Guest access】

「A」The entire ground floor of the suite is for your use.
「B」Just outside your sliding glass doors is a patio with chairs that is for your exclusive use.
「C」There are 2 other levels for the backyard. The upper deck is for my family only. You can use the middle level of the backyard (please refer to photos for details).
「D」The beach you will share with us. You are welcome to enjoy it when you wish. The kayak and paddle board are not for guests. Ask owner for permission and use at your own risk.
「E」There are two parking spaces for you to use. Parking lot 1 is on the right side in front of the garbage cans. Parking lot 2 is in front of the mailbox. Please refer to the photos for more details.

【Other things to note】

「A」The owners live in the house above. Rarely some sounds may be audible from below.
「B」Access is via a long flight of uneven concrete stairs on the side of the house, please see pictures.
