* Ceci est la maison au bord du lac, à 2. 7 miles de l'aéroport SeaTac. Le lac est une station de train léger sur rail de SeaTac International. 1min entrée d'autoroute, 15min en voiture du centre-ville de Seattle. Cette maison est située sur un chemin privé avec 2 places de parking et entrée indépendante. Vous aurez votre propre appartement privé, plage sur le lac Angle. Vue sur le lac depuis votre chambre, salon ou balcon avec vue à 180 degrés sur le lac.
* L'appartement # 4 dispose de deux chambres, une chambre king size californienne avec une vue complĂšte sur le lac, et l'autre chambre a un lit double, un placard pour chaque chambre, un matelas pneumatique queen size, une salle de bain complĂšte, une nouvelle cuisine moderne, salle Ă  manger, espace salon exquis avec une belle vue sur le lac, buanderie, balcon qui fait face au magnifique bord de l'eau du lac. Le lac est rempli de truites et de poissons de bar, vous pouvez donc pĂȘcher et nager. La maison est spacieuse et joliment dĂ©corĂ©e. Nous l'avons juste remodelĂ© en novembre 2019. Vous aurez une serrure intelligente pour vous enregistrer. Nous n'habitons pas dans la propriĂ©tĂ©, mais nous sommes Ă  10 minutes si vous avez besoin de quelque chose.
Tous les restaurants sont Ă  moins de 5 minutes en voiture, Westfield Mall, Safeway, Starbucks, Costco, Home Depo tous Ă  moins de 2 milles en voiture.
* Entrée de route privée avec entrée séparée de l'appartement. Deux places de parking, Vous aurez un accÚs complet à tout l'appartement.
* Il dispose d'un joli parc pour passer une agrĂ©able marche ou jogging, aire de pique-nique, aire de jeux ainsi que plage au bord du lac. Zone de baignade, canotage, pĂȘche, aire de loisirs ouverte, parc de pulvĂ©risation d'eau. Le lac est rempli de truites et de poissons de bar. Starbucks, Big Foot Java, Dilettante Mocha CafĂ©. Lovely spot convenient to SeaTac, but with the beautiful natural setting right by the lake, it was easy to forget there was a major airport nearby. Ililta made us feel very welcome. The place was comfy and cozy, and we’d definitely stay there again!

Relaxing

I unfortunately needed to stay due to my condo being under construction. My board is not the most responsive to get things done, but staying here helped reduce the stress od dealing with them. It was a pleasure.

Nice view

When entering we had to pass a run down trailer and did not feel safe in the location. The property manager texted us when she saw our two teen girls who decided to join us and sent a request for additional fees. It felt like we were on camera and not able to enjoy the property very well. It was clean and neat and well appointed except the pillows were huge and very firm,. We used the couch pillows to sleep. The lake was beautiful, but the dock had a very steep ramp that made it almost impossible to traverse. The owner’s husband was doing construction work behind the property. He was very kind and even gave us a bottle of wine. It was a good place, but don’t think we would stay again.

Host was wonderful! It was apartment living in the way of being able to hear people walking upstairs and toilet flushing. But beds were comfortable. Apartment was decorated cute. Kitchen was nice. Ramp to dock was very steep. No curtains over sliding glass door that faces the lake and shared backyard area. Parking was nice and away from the road. Overall, good experience!

Lovely Lakeside Layover

A work colleague and I stayed for a night enroute to Taiwan. The apartment was perfect for us; it was nicely off the beaten path, but easy enough to get a Lyft ride to Renton for dinner. We also enjoyed sitting on the dock in the evening with a glass of wine! Would definitely book here again if in the area!

great vaca

We had a blast playing in the lake, the neighbors were friendly and offer my 7yr old grandson rides in their peddle boat, paddleboards and inflatables. Another day the other neighbor had kids visiting that he played and swam with, this really made my vacation memorable, for him too. The location was awesome, the apt was beautiful and fully stocked.

Beautiful and relaxing

We were pleasantly surprised as the pictures do not do the beauty justice. Place was very clean and kept up. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Seattle.

On a beautiful lake

Place was clean. Beds were nice. As soon as we received the check in info, our host was off the grid. Absolutely refused to return any messages.upstairs renter’s were very loud walkers and noisy dogs.

Lakefront getaway

Clean, comfortable, lakefront apartment/home that is a great base camp location if you want to explore Seattle and surrounding areas. The host Ilita was very responsive and this place is well taken care of. The view is great and we had access to the dock to fish and a covered deck for when it rained but we still wanted to be outside. The place was equipped for cooking needs and some extras like Keurig and coffee and toiletries in case you forgot to pack some. Everything was close by and we got around the area pretty well. It's close to the airport though so there is a lot of air traffic. Overall we had a good stay.

One of our BEST memories at this beautiful location!

We loved staying here. Both Simon and ilita took good care of this place. They're good and hard working people: We encountered one small situation, which they took care of it right away. Everything went smoothly. We felt like home: It's very clean. They were very thoughtful about providing everything we needed without asking. This home is located on a private road with 2 parking spots and separate entry. You will have your own private apartment, beach on Angle Lake. Lake view from your bedroom, living room or balcony with 180 degree of lake view.
