Our family with three children and two Grandma’s slept comfortably and had a lot of space for us all. The kids loved the fooseball table and we enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was nice and big with all the cook wear we needed. The view and lawn were pretty and well maintained. We loved our stay and would stay again!

Close to the chapel

It was perfect place forOur youngest to get ready for her wedding at the chapel close by. Very comfortable stay with our family. Highly recommend. Just watch the curves at night.

wonderful and calm cabin near Dollywood

We came here for Dollywood. This location was perfect for our needs and with short drives to all we wanted. Cabin is well equipped, just bring some spices and laundry detergent and you have all you need. We enjoyed the hot tub every day. When we had a minor problem with it, host took care the same afternoon. Excellent and very kind service! Definitely would stay again.

Mountain Christmas

We were very pleased with everything about this rental place except the hot tub never came up to temperature. It was down in the single numbers at night however. The house was very clean, absolutely no complaints from me. Would definitely rent again.

House was nice and clean. Odd odor when walking in, maybe pet urine??? Outside was awful! Weeds as high as the bushes. (Wish I could post my pictures.) Contacted customer care and was told a work order would be put in. Didn’t receive a follow up nor did anyone show up to take care of the problem. Thought about buying a weed eater and doing it ourselves. Didn’t feel comfortable sitting outside and didn’t even get to use the hot tub! I will be very cautious about booking with VRBO in the future.

Review

When I got there the code they gave me did not work. I could not get ahold of no one. I finally just texted the number they texted from and they got me a new code. I was so sick from the drive, I was throwing up so I wanted to get in as soon as possible. When I went in to check the cabin my bed was full of some kind of animal hair. I had to spend almost a whole day washing sheets and blankets. When I checked under the bed there was some kind of animal turd under the bed. I was not very happy with it. I hope that the next people who stay there get better service then we did.

Great fun in Gatlinburg

Front and back door locks really need repair. Very difficult to work key code in front door. Back door is hard to open sticks very bad. The whole cabin needs rugs in bedroom and small den area by fireplace. Yard needs attention they mowed the yard after we got there, problem trying not to track in the grass. Back deck area needs attention, fire pit would have been nice. We Most cabins have soap, hair dryers and other necessities in baths. Thanks

It was a very nice place in a good spot. The only downside I can say about the place was the hot tub wouldn’t get warm and it would t turn off and sprayed all the water out of it. But other then that it was a wonderful place to stay.

Great cabin

This was exceptionally clean..and was in a quiet location..had to call office for help and was helped immediately and it was due to me not being the most tech savvy but they walked me through it with no issues I will definitely use this cabin rental again and would highly recommend to any one looking for one!
