We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and couldn’t have asked for more. The location (close to the artist loop) was great and we enjoyed the fire table each night and the hot tub as well! The kids loved watching movies on the comfy sofa and I appreciate that it is a pet friendly cabin. Communication was amazing before and during our stay. I would absolutely stay again!

We couldnt enjoy the hot tub or sitting by the fire due to smell. There was nails hanging out of the wood by bathroom on main level which ripped brand new pants that still had tags on it .

Seven Night Stay At BlackJack

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the king-size beds and the large living area couch were very comfortable, the overall condition of the cabin did not match the online photos. I encountered several significant issues regarding cleanliness and maintenance: - Safety and Maintenance: The deck has rotting boards, particularly near the grill, which felt unsafe to walk on. - Cleanliness: Upon arrival, there was trash, candy wrappers, and a large cigar butt in the front area. I also found candy wrappers in bedroom drawers and blood spots on the floor. The rug in the main living area was heavily stained and had a strong odor of dog urine. - Sanitation: The sheets were dirty, requiring me to wash them before use. Additionally, the bottom level of the cabin smelled of marijuana.Once I cleaned the space and aired it out, I was able to enjoy my stay with my family, but the initial state of the property was disappointing. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Everything was great - cabin was clean, nice amenities, and location was convenient and close to all the Gatlinburg attractions. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others
