We booked this villa for our summer holiday as we wanted something a little different from what you would normally expect from a holiday in France or Portugal.We travelled as four adults and three children, all under 10, and the villa certainly didn’t disappoint. The spacious rooms, massive, well-maintained gardens and huge pool were ideal for us and gave everyone plenty of space to relax.The villa and gardens are maintained by Khalid, who lives on site. We weren’t quite sure what to expect from this, as we like our privacy, but Khalid was incredibly discreet. He had the pool cleaned and the gardens watered before we were even up in the morning, so we barely noticed he was there.Communication through Kamal was excellent throughout, and any questions we had were dealt with quickly.We hired cars for the duration of our 10-night stay, but Uber works incredibly well, even though the villa is outside Marrakech. In hindsight, hiring cars was probably an unnecessary expense. There is also a local supermarket, which sells alcohol, just a 10-minute drive away, without having to negotiate the mayhem of driving through Marrakech itself!All in all, it was a brilliant, spacious and very well-maintained villa, with great communication throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending it, particularly for families looking for something a little different from the usual holiday destination.
