OCEANFRONT--Pet Friendly w/ Mother in Law Quarters

Lovely and charming OCEANFRONT single family home with 7 beds and 5 baths offering great gathering areas to make those beach vacations memorable.. Huge chefs kitchen with lots of new quartz counters and well equipped with new cookware ! This kitchen is big enough for all the cooks to work together ! The living area boasts a new sectional , additional couch and two comfy chairs while conversing or watching a favorite show. The round table easily sits 12-14 and there is additional bar and table settings. Views to the horizon. All while watching the waves wash up on the quiet and serene beach . Keep an eye out for frolicking dolphins along the shoreline. This home allows for your dog to join your family for an additional pet fee and rules to follow. We love our dogs ! Let's not forget our favorite part, the large oceanfront covered porch featuring endless Atlantic views! Downstairs is an additional living area with king bed , living space, kitchen and bath, perfect for those that want to join but need their space or are stair challenged ! Also, there is a nice entertaining space below and two outdoor showers! Two washer and dryers . New linens with duvets make this a clean choice for your family . Beds are as follows : 2 kings ( one upstairs and one in Mother in law quarters ) , 4 queens , 1 double and twin bunk beds . The Mother in law quarters is downstairs and has own king bedroom (7th bedroom) and kitchen, and owned keyed entrance. New owners and rental 2022! Sunday to Sunday prime season.

Very Nice and Comfortable.

We held our summer family reunion here this year. The house was very comfortable, housing all of us well. We especially loved the shaded deck and the round dining table.

Our family of seven throughly enjoyed our stay. The close proximity to an uncrowded beach and the covered porch the width of the house were highlights. The house is clean, well-furnished, beds are comfortable, kitchen well-equipped and a large, round dining table is good for a group, The mother-law suite was ideal for a grandson who worked remotely from there without being disturbed by the activity on the main floor.

Great Space, Wonderful Location

My family of 13 scattered over half of USA, needed to get together since it had been several years, so we did so at this beach cottage. A wonderful place with plenty of room to socialize and the view of the ocean was perfect. Good choice

Fantastic house and location

We have stayed on Emerald Isle three times and this house was by far the best. We were able to fit our large family easily and eat all our meals there. Very clean, well stocked house and the beach is gorgeous and not crowded.

Perfect Oceanfront House

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was clean and the rooms were exactly as advertised. Everyone enjoyed the beach and all the amenities that were available for our usage. Will rent again the next time we visit Morehead City and surrounding areas. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time staying at this oceanfront cottage. The views were spectacular. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The house is as shown in the pictures. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of extra supplies. The only small complaint is the size of the showers in the two oceanfront rooms. They are very small. We would definitely stay here again.
