Lovely and charming OCEANFRONT single family home with 7 beds and 5 baths offering great gathering areas to make those beach vacations memorable.. Huge chefs kitchen with lots of new quartz counters and well equipped with new cookware ! This kitchen is big enough for all the cooks to work together ! The living area boasts a new sectional , additional couch and two comfy chairs while conversing or watching a favorite show. The round table easily sits 12-14 and there is additional bar and table settings. Views to the horizon. All while watching the waves wash up on the quiet and serene beach . Keep an eye out for frolicking dolphins along the shoreline. This home allows for your dog to join your family for an additional pet fee and rules to follow. We love our dogs ! Let's not forget our favorite part, the large oceanfront covered porch featuring endless Atlantic views! Downstairs is an additional living area with king bed , living space, kitchen and bath, perfect for those that want to join but need their space or are stair challenged ! Also, there is a nice entertaining space below and two outdoor showers! Two washer and dryers . New linens with duvets make this a clean choice for your family . Beds are as follows : 2 kings ( one upstairs and one in Mother in law quarters ) , 4 queens , 1 double and twin bunk beds . The Mother in law quarters is downstairs and has own king bedroom (7th bedroom) and kitchen, and owned keyed entrance. New owners and rental 2022! Sunday to Sunday prime season.

This ocean front house was the perfect place for a family gathering! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for four families. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor showers were great after a day at the beach, which was just steps away from the house. There were plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards for all! This is a house we’ll look forward to staying at next year!

Beautiful place that my wife and I stayed at right on the beach. Can’t beat the location as far as Emerald Isle concerned. The host was extremely responsive, which was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and saw dolphins almost every day.. the only feedback I would give is that the place needs a little freshening up as far as decor and kitchen linens supplies etc. I expected to atleast get provided basics like paper towels and things of that nature which I’m used to getting at VRBOs but it didn’t negatively impact the stay. Overall highly recommend!

One of the bedroom TV's was not working and we had to clean the house upon arrival. Dead bugs, hair on towels. This is our third year at the house and its out of season so we understand its not 100% ready for guests. Overall, we will be back.

Our family of seven throughly enjoyed our stay. The close proximity to an uncrowded beach and the covered porch the width of the house were highlights. The house is clean, well-furnished, beds are comfortable, kitchen well-equipped and a large, round dining table is good for a group, The mother-law suite was ideal for a grandson who worked remotely from there without being disturbed by the activity on the main floor.

Fantastic house and location

We have stayed on Emerald Isle three times and this house was by far the best. We were able to fit our large family easily and eat all our meals there. Very clean, well stocked house and the beach is gorgeous and not crowded.

Great place to stay

My family of 13 scattered over half of USA, needed to get together since it had been several years, so we did so at this beach cottage. A wonderful place with plenty of room to socialize and the view of the ocean was perfect. Good choice

Family Fishing Trip
