1/ RENTER MUST BE 25 AT TIME OF BOOKING TO RENT & MUST BE PRESENT DURING ENTIRE STAY. GUESTS MUST be 25 OR accompanied by a parent.
NO 3rd Party Bookings Allowed.

2/ NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE HOUSE. IF this rule is violated or any evidence of smoking or VAPING, you will be fined $300.00 and/or eviction w/o refund.

3/ PARKING: MAXIMUM OF 3 VEHICLES ONLY - STRICTLY ENFORCED

Strictly NO PARTY or EVENTS INSIDE THE HOUSE. If this rule is violated, you will be fined $500 and/or eviction w/o refund.

CHECK-IN TIMES: 4 pm - 6 pm
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10 am

4/ AMENITIES: ** We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, soap, shampoo & conditioner & trash bags, JUST enough to get through the first night. **

5/ No Smoking inside the unit, *If any signs of smoking are found, renter will be charged $300.00 Smoking Fine. *

6/ NO PETS allowed. * Violators will be evicted without refund* You will also be charged a $300.00 fine for additional cleaning.

7/ We Do NOT allow more than 12 people total (including children & infants) in this unit per booking, violators will be evicted w/o refund.

8/ IF you stain towels or linens, you will be charged replacement of each piece. If any linen is stained, it must be removed from our inventory & MUST be replaced.

9/ Garage is not available for guest parking.
Street Sweeping Day: Every Monday from 12pm-4pm
Trash Day: Every Friday

10/ For your protection & ours, we have cameras around the exterior of the home. Do NOT tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.
