Lakeside Modern is perfectly situated in a serene & safe neighborhood that allows for easy access to basically EVERYWHERE in OKC within minutes- Lake Hefner, Downtown, OU Medical Center, Integris, Chisholm Creek, Plaza, Paseo Arts District, Western Ave District, Midtown, Uptown 23rd, Penn Square Mall, Stockyards City, OKC Zoo and SO MUCH MORE are all within 10 minutes or less!!

Our outdoor entertaining space feels like a private oasis in the middle of the city w/ privacy fencing and trees surrounding the space - complete with a fire pit, propane grill, giant Jenga, plenty of outdoor seating & café lighting!

The indoor entertaining spaces are just as lovely w/ loads of seating, bar area with ice maker, comfy couch & chairs, plenty of games, books, & secret surprises all make for a great night in!

For those that like to cook - our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking amenities you may need including a 4 burner gas range, spices, condiments, quick brew coffee pot & the like.

The light filled master offers a beautiful ensuite half bathroom, new Kings size Casper memory foam mattress, and blackout curtains for a dreamy night’s stay .

 you'll find a makeup vanity with light up dressing mirror, Queen size Casper memory foam mattresses & blackout curtains for relaxing sleep - as late as you want!

The green room has a great office space, full size bed and a few other wonderful surprises we can't wait for you to discover! (Take a peek at the guest book and see if you can uncover the secret!)

Full hall bath includes shower and tub - stocked with all the bathroom essentials including plenty of towels, make up towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, hand soap, hair dryer, & lighted make up mirror.

Feel free to park in our large driveway or in the 2-car garage with keypad entry & garage door opener for use during your stay.

Smart home amenities - including Nest thermostat, built-in USB outlets, & charging stations are included to make things as easy as possible during your stay!

Wonderful Location

This place was as good as its listing. It was extremely clean and the open space was great for all of our family. It is close to the lake, highway and in an excellent neighborhood. We were comfortable and relaxed and would definitely stay here again.

Simple and updated

This property was just what we needed. Has everything one would want. We didnt do any cooking, just coffee in the mornings as our events in OKC included food. Even has a hidden closet and an eclectic collection of books and games. Kinda charming that way.

Excellent home away from home!

We enjoyed this spot so much and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and it was very convenient to the City. We especially enjoyed the back patio and spending mornings drinking coffee and a relaxing evening hosting a friend for dessert.

Nice stay in OKC

We stayed here for a month, then a couple of days later, found out we needed to stay in OKC for another month, so we booked it again. It’s a nice place, in a great location.

Nice, comfortable house with easy access to all the attractions we wanted to see in Oklahoma City. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was responsive and helpful when we had questions. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great Little House

This was a perfect house for our long weekend in OKC. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Location is 10-20 minutes from just about anything you would want, so great launching point. Bathroom could have been cleaner, but overall wasn't bad. Listing said it had towels and wash clothes. Never found wash clothes and had to buy some at DG. I would stay again if returning to OKC.

FABULOUS Lakeside Manor

My husband and I rented this VRBO and stayed for 4 weeks while searching for a home in the OKC area. This home is EVERYTHING plus ++!! Jake is wonderful - the home is perfect -- area/location, amenities, style -- an absolute dream! Totally enjoyed our stay and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for an OKC area rental.

Clean, easy, distinctive

Checked in late at night. Nice neighborhood, close to the lake and bike trails. It was easy to get in with code and parking in the garage felt secure. Nice kitchen, living and back yard patio areas. Freshly remodeled but comfortable. The bathroom Bluetooth speaker was a fun addition

Access to home and Mr Schilling good. The very last hour cleaning and rmy sister took trash out to containers she fell on the uneven concrete walkway. She had contusion of her left eye and face. It was bad. I suggest you think about senior safety. It was difficult to use steps at front door because of no handrail. You really need grab bars in the bathroom bath. The bed in guest room was too low except for children. Otherwise the house was lovely. I will return but check for home that is senior friendly.

Double Booked?! Did not honor my reservation.

I arrived at about half an hour before check in to the property & I figured it would probably be okay if I checked in a touch early. First off there’s a gigantic barking dog from the neighbors next door & it was a very startling way to check in. Then I see empty plastic bottles on the outside front porch before I enter the home. Entering the house it smelled like a legit dispensary. Empty styrofoam cups on the kitchen countertops, blankets thrown around the living room, beds unmade, bathroom towels lying around & clearly used, mud tracked throughout the house. So it’s extremely clear to me that the house was not cleaned from the previous guest & there is no way a cleaning crew could bring this house up to standard in less than 30 minutes. I immediately call the host - no answer. This is the kicker - I drove all the way from Dallas TX with groceries to host a dinner for friends & they were meant to be arriving at 5, 1 hour after check in. Eventually the host texts me saying he has no voice due to being sick and his “partner” is calling me shortly. A woman calls & tells me that their booking calendars did not “synch up” correctly, that there is a tenant in there currently & that’s why the place looks trashed. Which was weird because there were no personal affects in the home when we walked the property. So long story short they were unable to honor my booking, I could not stay there & my entire evening was beyond ruined.

Perfect for 3 adults

This home is in a convenient and quiet neighborhood. I found the host very responsive when we had an issue about length of stay. The beds were comfortable and having an attached garage with opener was nice. We did have an issue with cleanliness and hopefully the host discussed this with his cleaning staff. We would definitely stay again. The little ice maker worked great!
