Our OYE Headquarters

A five minute drive to the State Fairgrounds for our week at OYE. Perfect for early mornings and late nights. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms enabled our group to get ready and out of the house fast. The two large living and den areas allowed everyone to hang out comfortably.

This is not what it looks like online. Pictures are clearly AI enhanced. Neighborhood has its good parts and bad parts, and I did not feel safe with the surroundings. I have stayed in 20 VRBO's in the last several years and I have never left one for a hotel. Initially the property manager was responsive but then stopped responding. Just didn't work out for us.

Birthday Celebration

Location was easy to find. Parking in the driveway only a few steps to the front door. The owner has this home well supplied compared to others. Master bedroom was upstairs, beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils we needed and more. The backyard play area was great for the three littles to blow off some steam!
