Everything was as stated in the booking. It was very clean and very accessible. The view was amazing and it had everything we needed. Katie was very responsive. I highly recommend.

The door code was provided in the VRBO message thread, and the address and condo number were also included in the rental agreement. We enjoyed our stay at the condo with great beach access and nice pools. The property was as described, clean, and had a large balcony. The condo did not feel crowded, even over a holiday weekend. We would definitely book here again!

Enjoyed stay. Condo exceptional. All the little things taken into account. Just a few heads up about property and beach rules and not to be interpreted in any way as negatives for the condo itself. Don’t leave anything outside the unit entry door and ensure the parking authorization is clearly visible on your dashboard. A violation warning will be given. On the beach, tents, canopies, cabanas, etc. larger than 7’ x 7’ or taller than 4’ can’t be set up close to the water. Exact distance from water is somewhat flexible based upon input from different beach patrol personnel. Umbrellas appear to be OK. Review property and beach rules thoroughly.

One of the best things about this condo is that from your door to the beach is a super short walk. Easy to get back and forth. The condo is extremely clean and cozy. The patio is a good size and has nice furniture. Beds are comfy!
