This is the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy everything that Rancho Cordova/Gold River/Sacramento have to offer. At this spacious and modern home, your stay is whatever you want it to be. The options are endless-- You can enjoy a home cooked meal, American river rafting, American River bike trail, Downtown Sacramento, Rancho Murieta horse racing and others.

It was a great house lots of room for the 5 of us. The owner was great at communicating. He was great about specific requests like making sure I had a blender when asked. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

We enjoyed staying at the beautiful home. The house and the neighborhood was really quiet. A block away was a really nice neighborhood park. Very green and serene. I really enjoyed walking around. The backyard was beautiful, but we didn’t have access to it, though we didn’t need it. Anthony, the host, was very responsive. I would rent again

The house was great for me and my crew while we were in the area for a project. It's nice to have a 4 bedroom with all the beds at least queen size, and they were all comfy. The house was really spacious and clean and made for an easy location for us to come and go from each day.

It was clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the space comfortable and welcoming.The manager/owner was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was smooth, and everything went exactly according to plan with no issues at all. In fact, the level of service went above and beyond what I expected.Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable stay, and I would absolutely recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting the Sacramento area.

My family stayed here for some Saturday events in Sacramento. Anthony's place was ideally located for us. The house is clean and spacious, and located in a nice neighborhood. The house is convenient to area amenities and to Sacramento, Folsom and other local areas.High marks from me for Anthony and his house!

Nice new home in a good neighborhood

House was excellent, safe neighborhood great local location with a nice park a short walk away. House was easy to find and check in and out was easy. There a few improvements I recommended that would take it from excellent to perfect- dishwasher fix and more blankets.

Stay at Anthony's

We really enjoyed the stay at this place. However, we recommend to keep some extra bedsheets at the house for future. Also, if one of the sofas could be sofabed, that would be great. We'll definitely stay here if we come to this area again.

Great for family

No question this would be a perfect property for families. We as elderly couples would have benefited from grab bars in the bathrooms. Anthony was extremely responsive.

Great house for family gathering

Clean, well stocked house for multi-family set up. Comfortable beds and the labels on drawers in the kitchen were very helpful! The host was very easy to work with and responsive to questions. The host also does not require an elaborate check out process which made things very friendly and easy going.

Great Home

Anthony was super easy to work with and his home was great! We only used the interior as CA was in a heat wave during our vacation time...too hot to be in the backyard. The AC was awesome and kept the house very comfortable! We will definitely be renting again. All beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless. Definitely a 5 star rating.

Family reunion

Great property, excellent location! With a 2 year old running around we noticed the floors needed cleaning, contacted the property manager and they (manager/owner) came out promptly and mop the entire place! The yard needs a lot of work and would have been nice to have some yard furniture outside!

During our stay in June the air conditioning was not working. We found out a day before our arrival. The owner provided portable air conditioners and fans but the house was hot during the day. Other than that it is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood and area. It’s close to stores and restaurants. It’s a 30 minute drive to the airport.

Our apologize again for the unexpecting event. We did try out best to address HVAC issue prior to your arrival. We did provide 3 portable HVAC around the house. We did not receive any feedback while your stay with number of communication. Have we aware of any issues concerns, we would address for you.

Thanksgiving gathering

Two houses were rented for a family reunion, ours was determined to be the best for the dinner. Plenty of room, comfy beds, plenty of kitchen utensils and a very comfortable feel. Anthony was very responsive with all questions.

Family gathering

We were in Sacremento for the Labor Day weekend to visit our daughter. The house was beautiful and very conveniently located. It was spacious and provided the perfect place for our family to spend time together. There were excessive heat warnings in effect, so this space was also a welcoming oasis. The host was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. We hope to stay again and would recommend to our family and friends.
