We were a family of 11 there was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms!! Very, very close to Dollywood!! The only problem we had was the steep driveway.

Beautiful home rough driveway but was expecting it to be based upon reviews Was not happy with the cleanliness of home especially the kitchen very unorganized pot and pan dirty drawers nasty Also was ask to remove sheets from all the beds and put into wash

This wonderful place is as close to actually sleeping in a ticket booth at Dollywood as you can get, .03 miles, come out the driveway make a left and Welcome to the magic and love of Dollywood! Which made it even more perfect with our 2 day pass and going back the next evening for the fall harvest lights. The home is a spacious 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a game room, so bring everyone! It’s is tucked into a lovely wooded section that gives you the deep in the woods feeling and listen to the train whistle from Dollywood on the front porch swing. All the other pigeon forge fun is only 3 miles away. We had a wonderful time with friends. The host was gracious and quick to answer our very few questions and even worked getting us in a day early. Thank you so much Luke and we will be back.

We had a very nice stay. Two bedrooms are downstairs and the rest upstairs. So, consider your group and who can easily climb stairs. There were plenty of towels and washclothes for our group. A large washer and dryer is also on the property. Although our group included only adult ladies, there were plenty of activities for youth like a nerf dart wall, game tables, etc.The host provided excellent communication.The home is located up a hill. If it rains, you need a four wheel drive vehicle to climb the driveway. We left rubber tire tracks on the driveway as we tried to drive our van up after it rained.

Lovely house set in a nice wooded area. Literally under 3 minutes to Dollywood and Splash Country. Plenty of room, we really enjoy ourselves and would stay again. Host is super attentive not that we needed anything but was available if needed

Cabin was very nice with plenty of room for our group of 16. Very close to attractions, yet felt like you were far away from town when sitting on porch. Wooded and peaceful. Host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions.

We couldn’t use some of the items listed. There was no batteries in the controllers and missing balls from the pool table. Air conditioning only works on half the house. But overall really a fun place to stay.

House has plenty of room for large family, close to all attractions and shopping. Place very comfortable, great hot tub and space for kids to hang out. Host very accommodating and quick to reply. Place could use a little tlc which looks like what they’re in middle of doing. Would highly recommend had a great stay!

This property was the perfect place to enjoy a large family trip. There was enough room for all of us and the kids loved the nurf guns and games available to play.

We booked this cabin for a family weekend getaway. There were plenty of room for our party of 13. It was very conveniently located to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. Would definitely stay again.
