Construit en 2001, cette maison de trois chambres - 2 postes de bain et poutres se trouve juste à cÎté du magnifique terrain de golf de meule de foin à Wilmington, Vermont.

Cette maison est dans une petite communautĂ© privĂ©e Ă  dix minutes du mont. Neige, Ă  30 minutes de Stratton et Ă  seulement trois kilomĂštres du centre-ville de Wilmington pour les magasins et restaurants. À 5 minutes de l'Hermitage Resort et de la montagne Haystack.

Le rĂ©servoir Harriman est Ă  proximitĂ© pour la navigation de plaisance et la pĂȘche.

Il existe de nombreux sentiers de randonnée et de motoneige dans la région.

Vous apprécierez la grande terrasse avec son nouveau bain à remous pour cinq personnes ... idéal pour se détendre aprÚs une partie de golf ou une journée sur les pistes!

This place was wonderful! We used the fireplace every day and the host had plenty of firewood on hand. The outdoor hot tub was so much fun. The entire home was impeccably clean. Before we went to bed the first night we were already checking availability for our next stay!

The cabin was so homey and comfortable. The host was very gracious even refunding us a portion of our money when the hot tub was out of commission. Very clean cabin and a very enjoyable relaxing experience!!

We loved our stay at this quant little chalet. We recommend taking a walk on the golf course, just outside the cabin. The views were stunning. The fireplace was dreamy and used every night. It’s a cabin, needs a few minor repairs but nothing that takes away from your stay. The hot tub is nice to soak away the day of sight seeing. The kitchen had everything you need. The beds upstairs were very comfy however the main bedroom downstairs bed wasn’t so much. W/D were like new and worked great. We very much enjoyed our stay. The fall leaves were gorgeous!!!

The property was everything and then some. We enjoyed its closeness to activities and food in town. The place was clean and well appointed. The hot tub was a hit with the family and after a long day hiking, its exactly what the Dr. ordered. We will stay here again!

Perfect Vermont cabin getaway. Beautiful location in lovely community. Just rural enough. House had everything and was the perfect size for my spouse and I to relax. Golf course is closer than expected and mowers start early in the morning which was unexpected but not terrible.

This beautiful property was everything and more. The serene landscape of the golf course the stars at night truly breathtaking. The home was exquisite and spacious with the best kitchen and equipment. The grill cooked the best steaks and the hot tub was the bonus on extra bonus the house and hot tub was pristine and Mr. Smith had made sure the hot tub and house was beyond perfection and stocked making him the best host. The smiths truly made you feel like home away from home with the board games and memories that me and family have created our wedding anniversary/ family vacation was what we definitely needed and the smiths have given us just that !!!!!

Golf Course Views

Love this cute cottage on the golf course. Room for the family and a well-behaved dog. We cooked a couple of times and enjoyed evenings in the hot tub. Convenient to everything and great base for exploring the trails and hikes of southern Vermont.

Love this place!

Adorable home. Not small, not big, but just right! My sisters loved the hot tub. My pup loved the grassy spaces and the ability to play ball! Such a quiet spot. We watched the golfers during the day and fireflies and stars at night! Highly recommend!

Nice Stay

Our stay was great. House was clean and organized. Instructions were clear for checking in and out. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with the essentials. The main bed was not the most comfortable but was fine for 2 nights. Location was good, except for the occasional loud golfers at the nearby tee. Overall, would recommend.

No hassles - Would definitely stay again

Thank you, Alastair Smith, for a perfectly hassle-free stay in your comfy post and beam cabin in a quiet, wooded setting (but overlooking the Haystack golf course). Everything was as described and expected. We would definitely stay here again, if again in the area. No complaints whatsoever.

Family Cousin Weekend

This property was perfect for the 4 teenage boys I brought. We were only a few minutes from Mount Snow and we were able to ski all day and have dinner in West Dover and/or Wilmington. We all made memories and had a great time. This was our first time to Mount Snow. The house was cozy and had everything we needed!

Terrific Ski Getaway

Nice spot on the snow covered golf course. This was perfected situated and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The hot tub was super relaxing after a day on the slopes. Communication with owner was positive as we changed up our stay dates and those changes were accommodated (thank you!). Definitely recommend!

Perfect Vermont Getaway

This is our 5th winter stay and we also stayed in the fall. Very cozy and comfortable! Perfect location on the golf course which is groomed for cross country skiing right out the back door ! Hot tub is new and works great! Close to restaurants and shops in Wilmington and also Mount Snow! Host is easy to communicate with and responsive to questions or concerns if any. Looking forward to next time. I highly recommend!

Ski Getaway for family of Four

This was our first time in Vermont, and we loved it. Our girls, 10 and 8 years old, loved the spiral staircase, having the whole upstairs to themselves, and the hot tub. We chose this place because of its proximity to Mount Snow, which is only about 15 minutes away. The property manager is fantastic and responsive to any questions or concerns. We highly recommend this place.

Hallmark House

This house was welcoming, warm, and cozy! Everything you could think of on hand and the house was immaculately clean. The view was beautiful. The best part was the fireplace! We would highly recommend staying in the house and we are planning our next trip.

Perfect weekend getaway

My wife and I booked a weekend getaway to celebrate our 4th anniversary. We had an amazing experience! The property is just as described, with all the amenities you could want and need (even extras that we didn't think of, like aluminum foil and condiments). We especially appreciated the dryer so that we could dry our swimsuits after being in the hot tub. It felt very private and relaxing. We are so pleased with our stay and plan to return in the future. Thank you Alastair for your hospitality!

My 70th birthday getaway

We had a fabulous time. The house was perfect for us and my sister and her husband & dogs. The TV and internet were perfect! The golf course was right out the door. Can’t wait to return!
