Enjoy all that Tahoe has to offer from your home base in this spacious Zephyr Cove 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo boasting peek-a-boo lake views through the trees, over 1600 square feet of living space, inside laundry, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and large common area back yard with BBQ and firepit. This is 2nd level apartment, top right unit when facing the building. Only 3 miles to Stateline, 5.5 miles to heavenly, one mile to Zephyr Cove beach day use area, across from Zephyr Point, and 21 miles from Incline Village this location is central to everything. The unit comes with one reserved parking space, with the ability to have additional spaces upon request. High speed wifi, fully furnished, just bring your close and enjoy one of the most beautiful lake/mountain areas in the world! Located conveniently right off Highway 50 resulting in some road noise, please make right turns only when exiting and exercise caution when turning onto highway 50.
During the winger please come prepared for snow and ice consisting, including but not limited to chains, ice scrapers, a shovel, and a winter emergency kit is recommended in case you and your vehicle get stranded.
Pets are approved on a case by case basis and approval is not guaranteed. No cats. Additional pet fees and cleaning fee may apply. Kindly inform let us know if you would be bringing a pet, as well as any information that'll be of help and we will let you know of the additional fees if applicable. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.
This Studio unit comes with one reserved parking space, with the ability to have additional spaces upon request for a fee if available ($25/night/space).
The Laundry room is the middle door in the second Level.
Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit. No Cats Allowed.
Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500
If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND PROCEDURES
For a 100% refund, the guest must cancel 60 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email). If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded. Cleaning fee refund only for cancellations within 60 days to arrival. Our cancellation policy is a 100% refund for cancellations at least 14 days in advance Guest. No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.
Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.
For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance.

If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered, you will likely not get any refund.
To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel your reservation by sending us an email, or a text message. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.
The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.
Example request.
"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.
Thanks."
We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree.
No exceptions will be made if the process is not followed.

Violating this policy will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, a $1,000 fine from the house, and any applicable local fines or penalties. Clean and comfortable for a relaxing getaway
This stay was perfect for me, my dog, and three friends. We were just a 3-minute drive from Zephyr Cove, where we hiked each morning with our dog, and only 7 minutes from downtown and the casinos. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely be back again.

The place is nice and clean. Since it's just off Highway 50 it's extremely noisy. Light sleepers will not be able to sleep. Bring ear plugs. Great location.

The host was very kind and accommodating
The host was very kind and accommodating. The home shows thoughtful attempts at renovation and has a lot of potential. The location is convenient, though it's right on the main drag and there was quite a bit of construction nearby during my stay. A few aspects of the home such as the kitchen lighting, and need for some outdoor cleaning, could use a little extra attention. Overall, this suited our needs during our time in Tahoe.

Every thing was perfect
Every thing was perfect. The only thing we had issue was the location which is right on the freeway and noise didn't let us get a good sleep. We tried to make breakfast but couldn't find salt. Other than that everything was as described and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and very spacious.
The place was clean and very spacious. The instructions were clear, and check-in was simple. It was very close to South Lake Tahoe, offering quick access to the lake, restaurants, and shops. Compared to other places I've stayed so far, there were few kitchen utensils. It would be helpful to replace some of the pans and add items like a pasta strainer. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, and the beds were very comfortable.

Such a spacious place
This is such a spacious place. This is one of the few places where the pictures were exactly how big the space was. The rooms are very big. The kitchen and living room space is so spacious. Our entire family could hang out by the kitchen/lovintg room. There were modern TV's in every room. I could hook up our tablets to the TV's. We cooked in house, and we had enough utensils/cups to feed our family.

Very roomy and clean, with comfortable beds.
Place was very roomy and clean, with comfortable beds. Everyday Luxury was very responsive and graciously helped with early check in. As the place is right on highway 50, there is extensive road noise that can't be helped. This leads to parking being tight and if you have more than one vehicle the overflow parking is $25/night for a steep, dirt lot that is difficult to access without a taller riding vehicle.
Kitchen under counter lighting for cooking and cleaning was out, and even though maintenance replaced the bulbs during our stay, the issue could not be resolved without extensive repairs so just hoping the place gets the love it needs for the next guests!
Overall, a good stay with accommodating host.

Comfortable couches, good size rooms and bathrooms
Close to casinos & main street (3 miles), Safeway and restaurants (1 mile). Very spacious for two couples, comfortable couches, good size rooms, good size bathrooms, water pressure was good. Road noise was not a problem since A/C were loud throughout and drowned out the noise. No issues with noise from other units or surrounding properties. Limited towels (3 per couple) for a 5 night stay, did have a couple of pods for washing, but was inconvenient to have to do laundry every other day. Beds creaked when move around, comfort just ok. No address visible when traveling north, very busy & fast corner so we passed it up. Arrived to ants in kitchen & bathroom, notified host (along with WiFi & TV issues) with no response, we cleaned them up, but they ended up ruining food overnight as they were everywhere in the AM. Would stay here again, but would bring Tupperware or ziplocks. Slow response upon check-in for TV & WiFi issues (6 hours).

Good stay for the price
Nice space. Roomy enough for 5 of us staying there. The place has 2 king size beds and 2 large couches. The couches are not pull out. The place is a short drive to South Lake Tahoe and heavenly ski resort. However, it is right on the highway so it can be noisy at night and not very walker friendly. Noise machines are in the bedrooms which helps a bit.

Right on the Highway
First impression, i wish I would have known it was right on the highway and on a curve. Getting in and out was a bit worrisome. The property inside was very nice, clean, had all amenities. No complaints other than the hwy noise was very loud at times, especially in front bedroom. Bring ear plugs!

Road noise was rough
Plenty of room, but we had some issues. The curtain rod and curtains fell off the living room wall when we drew the curtains closed. In one bathroom the shower door fell off. In the other bathroom the towel rack fell off. Our party of 4 is all in their late 50s/60s, so none of this was due to any roughhousing or anything. It's just a case of being an older property that needs some upkeep. We wish it hadn't been so close to the highway; the road noise did keep us awake.
