Our Modern Farmhouse is a short walk to the Pine Hill Lake and only 2 miles from Belleayre Ski Mountain. The house contains all the amenities of a modern home including a sprawling, well equipped kitchen, a harvest dining table that looks out unto a beautiful lush mountainside. Stay in, or explore the great Catskills. This house will make you feel cozy and comfy as you relax with family and friends around the backyard fire Pit or to watch a Movie on the large screen TV. Whatever kind of vacation you’re thinking of, this house will keep you in a great mood.

The most well stocked Vrbo I have stayed in. Everything was as pictured and very comfortable. Close to the road so truck noise in the morning with our windows open but otherwise perfect.

Great location- Great house

We really enjoyed our ski weekend at the Lakewood house! It was the perfect location to Bellayre- less than 5 minutes to the mountain. The house was very clean and had a great setup. Will definitely be staying here again.

Our group had everything we needed. The house was well stocked. Coming back the first night to find outdoor lights were automatically turned on was fantastic. Wed stay here again.

Beautiful House!

We went for a wedding held at a local resort. Location was great with nearby golfing, good food and only 30 minutes from Woodstock! The property was well appointed with everything you could need. Michelle was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing home away from home

We often go to the area, we went with my sister and her family this time. The house was spacious to accommodate us all. Host was responsive. The house was very clean and modern, we didn’t want to leave. Would definitely come back again.

This property was absolutely everything and more! Comfortable clean and stocked with everything you need to really enjoy your time and cooking with friends and family. There truly wasn’t anything to complain about it was just absolutely perfection. We will be back again!

Very good on all aspects!

Clean, easy access, plenty of parking in an area off the road, lots of cooking utensils. Heated well! Bathrooms spacious and the showers are great, all modern. Some more normal size coffee/tea mugs would be useful, but not a problem that they are mostly large. If that's my biggest concern, you know it's a really good option. And 6 minutes to the ski mountain!

Really Nice Getaway

My family and I had a really nice 4 day getaway at Pine Hill. The best part in my opinion was the clean lake literally across the main drag, 15 min access to the cute town of Phoenicia and then Woodstock only a 30 min. drive away. The house has ever gadget imaginable, if you are a smoothie person they even have a Ninja and bullet. Was really perfect for us. Yes we had to be careful of cars since the house sits on a main road, but we made do. The house doesn’t look incredible on the outside, but once you’re inside - your needs will be met. Thank you for a great stay!

We have stayed in a lot of properties around Belleayre. This was by far the nicest one. Everything is brand new and updated. Gorgeously decorated. Amazingly comfortable beds. Lots of space. Stocked coffee bar, cooking basics all provided. Absolutely wonderful property

Great Long Ski Weekend

Great stay! Stayed for a long weekend of skiing at Belleayre, which is less than 5 minutes away. The house was just as pictured, and really was perfect. Very clean and very comfortable. Lots of nice amenities and had everything we needed. Can't wait to stay again!
