This building is located on the boardwalk, making this home the perfect place to experience a fun beach vacation with someone you love! You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and central air. After a fun day in the shared pool or down on the beach, come back to watch a good movie on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The balcony is a great place to savor a cup of coffee or a delicious brunch prepared in the full kitchen. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy.

Free WiFi

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My family & I enjoyed our stay. The kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms & balcony overlooking the boardwalk/ocean were great. The carpet & couch could use a deep cleaning or replacement, otherwise the property was as advertised.

here is the list

great a place to for the car show there were some thing in the place that could have been better. the TV in the bedroom did not work kitchen need more pots and pan in there more dishes needed to be in the kitchen need more thing in coffee pot did work it was nice for them to supply towels and sheets on the bed need more blanket on the bed and the pillowns were no good

Remove from your listing

First, check in process is out of the 70’s. Vacasa was horrible. Had to go to Vacasa office, 4miles from property to checkin and no one was there until 4:00, which was our check in time. This meant we couldn’t actually get into the condo until almost 5:00 after waiting for 2 hours for someone to show up. Second, the property was in need of repairs. Blinds in master bedroom were permanently open. Screen on the slider was falling off. Also there were used feminine products in containers in the bedroom.

Horrible experience

I was provided a link to this property via VRBO which looked like decent ratings on cleanliness and overall satisfaction...the toilet seat was broken for the bathroom a handicap person was using They never came to fix it we repeatedly asked. The place carpet, furniture was dirty with stains. Separately after you book you are provided a link thru vacasa which has a totally different ranking system. Some of the information was not even known until a day before we left for the trip. For example you have to drive to a completely different and out of the way location to check in and check out...waste of time and not organized at all. Very disappointed in our experience and lack of action on the property managers part.

Great location, poor upkeep

This unit has so much potential but the upkeep is very poor. There were several past reviews stating basically all of the same issues we had which tells me the rental property and the owner are not doing anything to fix the issues. First, the bottom bunk is a box spring, not a mattress. The shower in the 2nd bedroom was clogged so you're standing in ankle deep water while showering. None of the tvs work in the bedrooms as they dont have wifi/cable. The majority of the framed artwork is busted up and hanging on the walls that way. The walls are terribly scuffed up and in need of a fresh coat of paint. The furniture and carpet are stained which is to be expected in a rental and in need of a DEEP steam clean. The master bedroom mattress cover had an old blood stain (we brought our own linens). Lastly, there were a TON of gnats coming out of the bathroom and kitchen drains. There were so many that the gnats got into our closed up food in the kitchen which we had to throw away. This unit has so much potential as the layout is very nice, is super spacious and the location is perfect but the upkeep and care put into the property severely lacks!!

Lovely view could use some repairs

The chairs on balcony were broken, one of the key fobs provided did not work. The carpet is in bad need of cleaning or replacing. The fans were extremely loud. Mattress in master could use updating. These condos are wonderful and offer fantastic location, which is one of the perks. To continue to get high prices the updates for customers continue comfort, safety, and increased enjoyment are very beneficial.

the room was very clean and decorated the aminitys were nice the only issue was the frying pans had been over heated at one time [or more] so when cooking food had a tendancy to stick to the bottom. overall stay was great thank you
