UNITÉ NON-FUMEUR: Lit King dans Master BR avec dressing, 2 lits doubles dans 2nd BR, Queen et lits superposĂ©s jumeaux dans 3rd BR. Tous les nouveaux lits et canapĂ©s du salon.
ÉVITEZ le trafic du samedi: locations hebdomadaires du dimanche au dimanche pendant la haute saison estivale.
Balcon spacieux avec une vue magnifique sur la plage et la baie - voir les levers et couchers de soleil. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon (55 ') et toutes les chambres! Tous les nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine et articles de cuisine, y compris un Keurig, lave-vaisselle et laveuse / sécheuse. Piscine de plain-pied.
TrÚs spacieux 1726 pc - avec plafonds spacieux de 9 '. Bùtiment sécurisé qui nécessite un code à 4 chiffres pour entrer. Nous sommes juste en face du centre de 45th Street Village - boutiques et restaurants. 5 minutes à pied de Seacrets et du Convention Center. Climatisation centrale et chauffage.
Le locataire doit apporter tous les draps, taies d'oreiller, serviettes et débarbouillettes. Il est interdit de fumer dans l'unité à tout moment !!!
Nous n'autorisons PAS la location de groupe Ă  toute personne de moins de 25 ans - sans exception.

The condo is much larger than I expected. Beach and bay views from the balcony, walk to mini golf, lots of eating options. We were able to easily find street parking for a third car.

My family enjoyed a beautiful vacation in a well appointed condo, full of comfort and every amenity you would need.Many memories were made at the beach, at the pool, and also watching the sunset on the deck in the evening.

Family/Friend Vacation

We shared our first family beach vacation with close friends this month. It was a wonderful experience for all. The condo was clean and comfortable and exactly as we had pictured it to be. The beach was so close and made it easy for us to take the little ones back when they were tired! There were activities and a variety of restaurants all very close by. The owners sent us a little welcome text when we arrived, checked in on us and even recommended some really great places to eat. We hope to go back to this very spot next year!

Wonderful condo!

We had our family there with us for almost 5 days. The condo was clean, very comfortable. We were able to cook meals together, eat together too. The washer/dryer was a Godsend with my young grandkids. We would definitely rent this again. The space for our family was amazing. The owners were so kind & helpful!

Best Summer Vacation 2023

This condo was so beautiful and clean. The perfect area to access all Ocean City has to offer. Our hosts Rick and Janeen Miller were easy to contact and amazing people. The views from balcony were beautiful with sunrises to sunsets. Everything we needed were right at our fingertips. My husband , myself and our grandchildren had the vacation we dreamed of and will definitely return!!

Great Stay For Our Girls Weekend

We rented the property to celebrate my sister’s upcoming wedding. Six adults stayed, and there was plenty of space for us sleep (if you’re comfortable sharing a bed) and relax before and after beach time. The property is a quick walk right next to the beach, and the pool was nice to have for a quick dip after a day on the beach. You are right in the middle of the main stretch of OC, so you are close to all that OC has to offer. We had a blast!

Quick getaway - perfect location!

The condo was great for our family. There were only 3 of us, so we definitely had more space than we needed - but still worked out perfectly! The beach access wasn’t as busy as we thought it would be. Likely because there aren’t many high rise condos nearby like you’d find on other parts of the beach. Easy walk to and from condo with beach chairs/umbrella. We dined out most of the time, but the condo was still well equipped with everything you’d need to cook at home. Walkable to nearby restaurants, mini golf & beach store. Sunrise is incredible. Sunset is just as nice, although a bit further walk from the condo if you want a perfect view. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect beach escape

This property has views, location, and sophisticated charm. It’s a perfect home away from home. Well stocked and a two minute walk to the beach. The owner is fabulous and very attentive. We were treated like family.

Great location

The condo was perfect for our stay. We were in OCMD for a National dance competition. This location was perfect, since we had to be at the convention center daily. It was also the best location for getting our little ones to the beach. We didn’t need to cross any major roads and it was a short 2 minute walk. Rick was very accommodating and gave us fantastic recommendations for various restaurants.

Beautiful and convenient beach house

The house is so close to the water and makes the walk to the beach so easy! The house was great and the Miller family was so quick with all responses and providing us information on where to go and what to do each day.

Awesome Condo

We’ve been vacationing in OC for 6 years now and this place is the nicest place we’ve stayed at hands down. Beautiful views of both the ocean and the bay. The condo was much bigger than the pictures seem. Rick was great, very accommodating. He even let us check in a little early. We are definitely going to try to book this place for next summer. Just Perfect!!

We had a great time at this condo. It is PERFECT! So clean, well-stocked, and very spacious. We could see the OC Air Show from the balcony! The owner communicates so well and answered all my many questions with kindness. The condo is so large that it allowed the kids' space to play while the adults could have drinks and relax. Also, the kids used the pool daily even in the rain! The beach is literally like 100 steps from the parking lot! Perfect location in OC and so close to everything. We hope to book again next year!

45th street in Ocean City is a perfect central location. We can walk to countless places - including Seacrets, O.C. Tap House, Belly Buster's, Ocean City Convention Center, Satellite Café / Coffee Bar, Bank of America across the street, shops and much more!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This is a very modern, well maintained building of only 12 units. We have tall 9' ceilings and a whopping 1726 square feet. No need to feel cramped while on vacation. Two parking spaces under the building, plus street parking. Just steps to the beach! Our condo entryway has an area to place beach chairs and umbrellas just outside the front door. Since our building is secure with a 4 digit push button key pad - there is never a concern about chairs or boogie boards walking off in the night.
